It was close enough to walk to the wedding venue. I thought the hotel and staff did a great job of keeping things clean and neat since they were in the middle of a remodel. The exercise room was in midst of being remodeled, so it wasn’t available, but they had a pass to the hotel across the street so that we could use their exercise room.

The orange Juice dispenser was out of order.

It was all good and obviously renovations are in progress. The spacious lobby provided multiple conversation areas that was much appreciated due to meeting friends at the hotel. The lady taking care of the plants was a delight and the lady providing room maintenance was always cheerful. Breakfast was OK, however, fruit and a waffle make would have been better.

The soap dispensers was the hard to work. Need to have more washcloths in bathroom for more than one night stays. Besure there is TV guides available.

The Napoli restaurant a total joke and super unprofessional,also the shower didn’t work properly, as it was to hot or to cold.

Mary at the front office was very kind and helpful, as she try to accommodate my requests.

For breakfast, the Atrium offers what it bills as a "bagel bar." This means there were several types of bagel and a couple flavors of cream cheese. There were a few other offerings, but not much. One has come to expect a wider range of offerings (including at least one type of meat, such as sausage or ham) at hotels that offer a free breakfast. The atrium itself (the basis for the hotel's name) is where one eats breakfast. I was there at the early end of the breakfast time, and the atrium of dark and uninviting. So, the Atrium Hotel is just an okay place to sleep.

I was in Quincy for just one night. I believe there were some events in town that weekend, which limited the availability of hotel rooms. Normally, I would stay in a different part of the city (in the newer East end rather than downtown), but the price and availability made the Atrium the right choice for this weekend. The hotel, a former Holiday Inn, has been renovated and is in good shape. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked pretty well.

The hotel rooms are outdated, and there was soap all over the bathroom counter as soon as I went into my hotel room. I had to clean it up to not get my bathroom items dirty.

The hotel lobby was gorgeous, pool was a good size, had a bar with good and cheap drinks, had an Italian restaurant right next to it.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but it was a typical breakfast; scrambled eggs (not real), biscuits, gravy (canned), sausage Pattie’s, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. Did not like the price of $8.99 for added family members that did not stay with us at the location. We just did not find that worth the price.

Everything was amazing. Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the premises, especially hosting a larger family. Very unique place! The front desk clerk that checked us in, I believe her name was Chanel, was an absolute delight!

When checking in, the lady that was training the new man asked if we really needed a handicapped room. Which I thought was rude and none of her business. We accepted a non handicapped room with no hand rails in the bathroom.
