Property is old and needs to be refurbished. I was unable to take a shower because I could not get water that was not boiling hot or freezing cold as a result of the entire faucet and device coming out of the wall and in dire need of repair. This room should not have been in use. I advised the staff upon departure that I was unable to take a shower because of the broken faucet, etc. I was told that I could’ve been changed to another room had I called the front desk. Towels were very thin. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Coverlet on the bed had a couple of holes in it as well as a small stain.

Very nice staff. Very helpful. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. TV was good with a lot of channels.

The cook top didn't work.

They can accommodate a 53ft semi truck and trailer no problem. It's nearby lots of stores and restaurants

The room smelled like old wet rug or dog I got in after 11 I Left came back put ac on to kill the smell. I ent to sleep feeling dirty

No hand soap, no cups, AC didnt keep room cool, it wasnt anything spectacular.

Stains on the blankets and sheets, weird stains splattered across the ceiling, beds smelled like dog pee.

My room AC didn’t work correctly, the area I was in was very loud at night, a lot of yelling in Spanish. I had to plug up the refrigerator and it still didn’t get cold enough. Also women selling ass in the hotel.

My first stay was from July 30th 2023 until August 19. I asked house keeping if they could clean my room, fresh towels and most importantly change the linens, towels I received, they didn't vacuum, they didn't change the linens. Now when I went up front to extend my stay, they were courteous, polite and hely.

There was no breakfast. Only coffee in the room. Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Very little water pressure in sink.

Hallways dim, smelled like cigarette smoke, always people standing outside entry door to smoke. The wall in our room had a damp spot/soft spot in the sheet rock.

Room was comfortable, only OK for cleanliness ( I wiped down areas in the bathroom where hair left behind that the hotel cleaning service missed) but not horrible.

I didn't like the night desk man. He wasn't very customer service savvy. He always seem to have an attitude when I'd ask for coffee creamer. I didn't like the ants and the fact that there's no breakfast. Also, I don't like the fact that they don't allow you to check in before 3pm when the reservation page asks you for an estimated time of arrival. The room isn't ready anyway so it doesn't matter.

The rooms were clean & I like the jacuzzi. But there's still an ant problem. There's no breakfast. The front desk man at night acts like he's mad about giving out coffee creamer. I'm a very very HEAVY COFFEE drinker, sooo, I NEED MY COFFEE.

I noticed that of the two rooms booked, both tubs were really dirty. The room I stayed in had a door had a sticking problem ... it didn't open freely and there were ants. The guy at the desk seemed to have no help, so if a guest had any needs, there weren't any staff to provide them ... since he couldn't leave the desk.

I had a comfortable sleep, but really wasn't there long enough to have a true measure.

The manager told me the jacuzzi room wasn’t available, even though that’s what I paid for. Once I said cancel it and refund my money, he instantly gave me a room with a jacuzzi. I don’t know if he was trying to get over on me or just be spiteful. I didn’t like it either way. There were also roaches in the room.

I liked having the option to choose a room with a jacuzzi in it because I have a bad back. It gave me a chance to relax.
