Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The building maintenance was nonexistent, in time if not addressed, this facility will not be habitable and would be better to do a complete remodel or even teardown.
The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Carpets need hot extraction stains in all carpets elevator was dirty door to exit the foyer to to elevator was broken doesn’t shut all the way I had a broken lock to my room door slept unsafe.

1st key assigned was to an already booked room. 2nd time key didnt work. 3rd time im in. Uncomfortable beds my 6'5 husband hardly fit.no face towels. Bathroom eh, water pressure eh. Ac gets collld though:). No king beds like i booked for so i had 2 beds for our date night yayyy lol..

The doors leading into the hallways from outside did not require a guest key to enter. Not good security. No Wi-Fi in the room,had to go outside to play my games. Jacuzzi had dirty water. Pool was murky. Carpet was old.
Very quiet. Bed is comfortable. Overall my room was clean.

The overall building is old and showing it. The room had an unpleasant musty smell.The hallway carpeting looked dirty. The elevator entrance had a lot of chips in the plaster.
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean.

The room gave a grim view. The sheets and towels were supposed to be clean but they looked stained and dirty. The A/C gave out in the middle of the night and then I couldn’t sleep.
It was close to the airport.

Place was dilapidated. I was on 3rd floor and elevator was down all 3 days. Vending machines were down all 3 days. Water stains all over my ceiling and door was patched. 1 employee got crappy with me and even mumbled out loud about me because my card deactivated and he had to reactivate it for me. I was being polite so it wasn't because of my attitude.

After spending a little over a week at this place the only thing that is Most Important is the staff. These two brothers from India or what ever Muslims I don't care what they do what I do care about is the way they swindled me out of my security deposit which they said they have evidence that there was smoking in the room which wasn't allowed that room did not smell like smoke there was no smoking going on in that room these guys are crooks plain and simple they have given me a hard time about numerous things that are just not that damn important disgusted with these guys who think it's okay to stif anyone they can exploit. I will never stay at this place as long as these two guys work there why? My gut instincts me come from another country they are racist they hate Americans it's that simple DONT STAY HERE WHEN YOU VISIT TUCSON!!!!

They charge me more than you told me and they were remodeling and there was bugs in the room and I only have Hot water.

Everything was not what it looked like in the pictures. The room was outdated and run down looking. I found cockroaches in the shower and sinks

I would really like it if they did a breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage it doesn't have to be a lot of different breakfast items.
The staff were friendly and courteous and helpful and everything that we needed to do to do there, I like the Jacuzz and pool we felt like we were home.
