We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Easy to find. The common areas was run down but it looks like they are in the process of remodeling. The guest room was very clean with good lighting. No road noise and plenty of parking. There were numerous restaurants within walking distance.

The Room, even though I did the cleaning of the room myself on daily basis because the so called manager told the cleaners that's the guest duty to clean the room. 😲

United States of AmericaThe place in general is run down, in the midst of remodeling. Elevator smelled bad. Breakfast very basic. Only one waffle machine so too ling of a wait to take advantage of that. Wouldn’t stay here longer than one night.
Room was quiet, very clean and bed was comfortable. Desk people were nice and efficient. Parking lot well light. Close to airport. Good value for price.

United States of AmericaIt's an old motel, dingy, and just kind of dirty. The lamp didn't work, the chair was broken, TV flickered, and the volume didn't work. We called for assistance with issues, and they said maintenance would come up, and nobody ever came. The shower floor had duct tape over a crack and hole. The comforter had cigarette burn holes all over it.
The staff was nice but weren't helpful with issues we had. The sheets were nice and white. There was a microwave.

United States of AmericaIt was dirty, I got "upgraded" to a suite but I felt like my parents normal room was a much better room! I had a lot of stains on the carpet, one heater didn't work and was missing buttons/ filter there was what looked like a bullet hole in the floor and ceiling, I found a sound transmitter left in the room from someone else, there were keys to something stored in the sprinkler system in the bedroom the bathroom light only turned on if you press the switch really hard and like I said it was dirty. That said the staff I interacted with was friendly but there was a communication barrier for me because I only speak a little Spanish.

United States of AmericaThe hallway floors were dirty- needed vacuuming. The first room they put us in had a non working heater- it was forecasted to get 30 degrees at night. The rooms had patching spots like it was scheduled for repainting. The lights over the sink had one light with a different color bulb. The breakfast was 3 types of kids cereal- for us older adults, raisin bran is good.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

United States of AmericaThe bathrooms first are super old. The shower wasn't working property. I had to guess which side was the hot and cold water. The toilet was the worst part, someone using it before us or it was never cleaned properly. We also found hairs on the floor. Disgusting!
I like the fact I didn't have a hard time finding parking. Beds are comfy and clean but the sheet had marks of cigarettes. Tv and lighting were ok. The vanity was clean with a hair dryer. I got two queen beds.

United States of AmericaEVERYTHING! Where do I start. Walked into the room there was this huge Coolaide or some kind of pink colored stain on the floor as you take the first step inside. TV wouldn't turn on front desk had to come help us with that. Carpet was super stained with black spots everywhere, made my feet black instantly when walking bare footed. Toilet was running. Water was white color when coming out of both sink and tub faucets also water didn't get that hot, barely even warm. So if you like hot showers then your not gonna be happy showering there. The breakfast was not what I expected unlike the other Quality Inn on the Freeway of Tucson. Coffee maker had to of been dirty cuz they had some nasty coffee there eeeww they ain't cleaning the canisters you can taste it. All in all bad stay. Look else where before staying here. Js...

United States of AmericaPlace is in bad shape~ hallways~ doors~ all need paint, repair and attention. Phone was not connected at all~ used my cell phone to call front desk several times~ no one picked up ever. I had to go down there to confirm airport ride etc. pool was not as depicted in obits~ no tables chairs umbrellas set out till after check out. Did not use shuttle van to return me to airport~ used his private car~ made me nervous.

Never had to pay a deposit with a credit card also I checked in left for a short time came back with my girlfriend and found a woman's slip on the floor try explaining that! I was pissed! Not sure what happened.
