It was a bit far away from the National Mall. I just wished I had realized as it was hard to travel over there for a family trip.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with all of our questions and concerns, no matter how big it small.

Disappointed that bus shuttle from hotel only started at 8 am our train departed at 8.15 would not have made it doors close 2 mins before departure!

Hotel staff entered my name incorrectly on the reservation, so it took 15 minutes and the help of booking.com to find it. Parking fee was ridiculously expensive.

Room size, free breakfast. Early check-in was a plus. Full size refrigerator in kitchenette is always a bonus.

The gym was Unfortunately closed, so it would have been nice to get access to some other gym nearby. There wasn't any recycling of waste.

Staff was really helpful. Porridge was great at the breakfast.

The shuttle needs to be able to take its guest to the National Mall. A one mile zone is not big enough. Also they need a shuttle to the airport. This was not offered and so we spent a lot of money on Ubers.

The breakfast was amazing. Everyday there were Potatoes and Eggs and some kind of sausage. There was a wide range of things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

1. The room was not cleaned according to the schedule we were given. 2. We asked the van driver for pickup at the Union Station at 5:00 PM. We waited 15 minutes but he never came.

On one side of the property, seems like it may not be as safe to walk through at night. but from the main road seems quite safe. No room service but allows Uber Eats and other delivery

A good breakfast was included including waffles that you could make yourself. In-room facilities include a fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The beds were quite comfortable and the sofa bed was sufficient for a short stay for a family of five. The receptionist and staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a shuttle service to Union Station which is fairly central to DC

The toilet seat was missing a screw to keep it from moving, so every time my husband used it, his penis got pinched, causing the skin to break ouch. That was the only problem. Unfortunately

The beds were not very comfortable. I wish they had housekeeping come daily to pick up the trash and provide new towels. We had to call and request new towels.

The customer service is amazing. I have never stayed at a place where every employee makes you feel welcome, and that is just what they do.

Parking was confusing and expensive. At check in - the front desk staff was amazing! During check out, the staff was rude and acted as though they couldn’t be bothered. When we went to use the pull out sofa, there was no mattress. The front desk attendant remedied the problem quickly by assigning us another room and promised that the manager would contact us in the morning. Not only did the manager not contact us, but they tried to charge us for both rooms.

This property was located in an excellent location.

I stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping to empty the trash or provide fresh towels. You can request at the front desk but I thought someone would check after a couple days. Room smells a little strange. Maybe HEPA filters need to be changed in their ventilation system or carpet needs to be cleaned and deodorized.

The included hot breakfast was a plus. There were usually scrambled eggs, omelets, meats( sausage, ham, bacon etc changed daily), potatoes, grits/oatmeal (changed daily) waffle batter to make your own, juices, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, assorted cereals, milk, bread, bagels, muffins, pastries etc. There's something for everybody which was convenient. I advise going earlier in the morning less guests in the breakfast area. Could get crowded later. ( stayed during busy week - spring break) The free shuttle within 1 mile which made it easy to navigate to the National Mall Attractions from Union Station. There's assorted tea and hot water and coffee in the lobby. Snacks and essentials to purchase in the lobby if you forgot to pack yours. Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Picked the hotel because we thought we could take the shuttle to the train station to get the Big Red Bus but found out the bus doesn't stop at the station anymore. I was not impressed with the housekeeping.

The rooms were spacious. Four of us stayed comfortably. There was a variety of foods at breakfast and it was fresh and hot. There was plenty of parking for an additional cost. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and the staff was very helpful and gave us directions.
