The room was not clean the floors were filthy,the bed spread had stains all over it ,and the people hanging put there were real shaddy! Maybe more security 🤔

The staff especially Faith went out of her way to make our staff wonderful!

The air conditioner wasn't very good, the water in the shower didn't turn off all the way, and it would have been nice to have a comfy chair in some of the empty space in the room.

The property was older, however, the bed was very comfortable, there were a ton of channels on the TV, and the room was very large. The pool was great, as was the covered patio area - both make the place feel like it was in a park-like setting.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff goofed up our checkin and we had to move rooms after coming back late at night. No frills. (No coffee, water, or even a clock in the room).

Hotel was really run down. It has definitely seen better days. No fridge in the room. Bathroom door was bigger than the frame so the door didn't close. Very strict rules, which were a bit annoying even though they didn't impact me as I wasn't planning on having a party or inviting guests. But it made check in a bit slow having to do all of the extra paperwork and ID verification of every adult.

The beds were pretty comfortable. That was the main reason I gave it a 6. Otherwise, it would have been a 4 or 5.

I had booked a non-smoking room, entering the room it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The facility was under repair. There was a clear signage on the doors alerting walk in customers, however, we had booked on line and were not aware of construction, water issues.

The staff checking us in and out were both very pleasant and nice. the bed was comfortable. room was easy to get to. The pool area was closed, but gorgeous in the evening with the lighted patio.

Dated and laundry area was horrific, NO POOL major disappointment, really needs a major makeover to exterior and all common areas. Really good use a breakfast bar to give guests what they need

I noticed the bathroom tub in both rooms I stayed in had not been cleaned. There was still used soap and hairs in it. I understand it’s not 5 star, but I expected a clean bathroom. I had to clean it myself. Housekeeping varied on service from day to day. Typically had to call and ask for things. No one did any day cleaning.

I liked how it was set up all around the office so if anyone needed anything it was a fair walk. As well as the dog walking area, it was bigger than expected and pretty.

Good value room for the area - perfect location to visit Weeki Wachi springs park as it is just right across the road. Not walking distance to restaurants but if you are driving there is plenty nearby. Room was basic but clean and comfortable and exactly as expected. Working aircon, hot shower and a nice pool area.

Had to sign a form about noise restrictions, but do not know why. There was so much noise coming from everyone else around us it was hard to sleep.
