Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only problem I had was the noise I could hear the room above me walking, stomping, coughing. You can also hear every little noise outside of the room rather it’s someone walking past, the car alarm going off, someone talking, the housekeepers rolling their carts throughout the hallway every little noise was herd. I also didn’t like how my key randomly didn’t work. Walked all the way up to the second floor with a few heavy bags just for the Key not to work so I had to walk all the way back down to the lobby to get a replacement key. Another thing that bothered me was the TV , you could only watch cable the screen mirroring wasn’t working so I couldn’t watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, prime, etc. the beds are also very load and squeaky. Keep that in mind.

Beds were ok. The whole place smelled like weed.
Room was very clean and seemed to have been remodeled recently. Pillows were soft. Staff was friendly.

The smell of weed all of the time was overwhelming. Also we ordered pizza from papa John's, and the delivery driver said it was against their rules to get.out of the vehicle past a certain time when delivering here, it was 830pm. He did not elaborate. But if the locals don't like it here it may be something to consider.
Facility was clean and comfortable. Decent sized refrigerator and microwave in the room. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was nice.

Only grab and go breakfast since their lobby is small
The rooms were cozy and parking was accessible! Very quiet at night with the exception of the road being nearby. Located right near gas stations and Dunkin for quick breakfast!

The room was just smaller than I expected. It was a little cramped for 2 people

I didn’t like that the tub was dirty when I got there
It wasn’t really breakfast there were some granola bars and coffee and I believe muffins on the weekends. That was the extent of their breakfast

It's said that there is breakfast included, but actually there is a self service orange juice machine, a coffe machine and some protein bars to grab and go (and this is it). Even if my reservation was for queen beds, they are small beds (but comfortable).
Motel style hotel refurbished, everything is new in the room. Very good new towels. Room service every day. By car, it is ok to stay here and visit Baltimore. Trash cans in the bedroom, including bins for recyclable trash.
