The a/c didn't work properly, the breakfast hours didn't align with ours therefore we had to purchase outside food and have it delivered and there was never a quiet time in the floor we got put on. People kept talking loud on the hallways and running, at some point someone started knocking and even pull our doorknob.

The property was centered, just mins away from our destination. The room was spacious and comfty.

I didn't like how the bathroom door block the shower so you can't really look out the door and breakfast wasn't that good car was getting charged from different companies after I stayed there never happened before until then had to cancel my cards and everything that's not cool

Well after I show my car and save for one night crazy stuff start coming to my car like people trying to buy stuff breakfast was kind of bad the hopefully my money go back to my card

Room bathroom dirty wasn’t what I booked on website couldn’t enjoy pool with children because there was grown man drunk at the pool window looking at the little girls telling them to come to him and looking at their private areas in their swimsuits reported it to front desk and he was put out

The hallways and general area could be cleaner. The first room we were given had been smoked in by the previous occupant. The staff was kind and gave us another room.

Our bathroom flooded over night woke up to water everywhere had to move rooms after being at a wrestling tournament all day it was absolutely ridiculous. The first bedroom we stayed in had someone’s dirty underwear just laying on the microwave, every single sheet had what look like blood or Takis stains all over them the ice machine didn’t work at all.

THE POOL WAS CLOSED!!!! THEY COULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING AT CHECK IN. that was my whole point in going there. Also room smelled like smoke upon check in. Sprayed a lil febreze and it was ok. But it was a pointless stay because I just wanted to swim.

The location was great. It was quiet. The room was clean. Access to food was easy. Beds were comfy.

The person who checked me in stayed on a personal call and barely said 2 words to me when I checked in. She did not greet me or smile. The carpets are filthy, the baseboards are coming loose, there were bugs in my room. The phone in the room did not work. There was no remote control. Had to go down to the desk and ask. The person at the front desk wanted me to tell her what brand of tv was in my room. Told me to go back to my room and find out. I then found out that the room didn’t have a liner in the ice bucket and there were no cups. All in all my stay was just terrible. I will not be returning again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Also the lady who was at the front desk when I checked out was very nice.

There were roaches in our rooms, and the beds were not clean. We found chips and crumbs under the mattress. There were also hair clips and sticky candy on the room's carpets. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. A few hours after checking out, my card had a fraud alart that someone tried to charge $50.

Breakfast was bad and had been sitting too long in the warmer. Several things in the room did not work, room smelled like smoke. Hallways were dirty and things all over the floor and elevator floor was dirty and sticky.

Customer Service was lousy , and is box in the room in the room was dirty and stink

When I came in my curtain was hanging in my room. Also when I got ready to check in it was no one at the desk for at least two minutes when the lady got there she was frustrated saying she was the only one working. I had to wait a while to even get to my room, and when I walked in the curtain was hanging down in my room, smell like cigarette smoke. I went back up to the front desk and I told the lady about it to make sure that they did not charge me for it. And I also saw Two roaches and some flies while I was in my room I would never be back there.

The upkeep of this property , Had to move me to 3 different rooms first room we couldn't use the elevator to go down only up so they moved us off that floor and the rooms smelled like someone pissed in it the microwave was rusted and when you opened the closet is smells like they used it as a bathroom then they put us in a better room the only problem was we had we had to take blankets off cause it had dried urine on it there was a roach crawling in the elevator .. the only thing i liked about this place was the one employee that just keep trying to help us make it a better stay
