The igiene level is high. The kitchen is well furnished. The toilet is clean.

The location was good for me . 30-minute walk to Boston centre. But there is plenty of food in the immediate local area. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The bathroom, although shared, was very clean . Didn't use tye kitchens, but it had everything one needs. I did not experience any noise at night , even though my first night was St Patricks Day, and the evening time was peaceful enough for me, the bar accross the road was not particularly busy on any of the nights . My room was on the top floor and to the front , with traffic starting outside around 7.30 in the morning, so not the end of the world . It's not the ritz, but it was clean and comfortable enough and served its purpose, and for Boston, which is generally very expensive, it offered reasonable value for money.

The lock didn’t fully close on the inside of the room. Had any other guests been noisy it would have impacted our sleep. As it happened they were all fine.

It was the cheapest place we could find in Boston . It was clean and had a comfortable . The room was pretty small but as described.

Had everything I needed, as a place to sleep, and a base . It is basic accomodations Bed comfortable Quiet, I deliberately chose a room at the back. Bathroom seemed to be shared with one other room, decent shower. I didn't use the kitchen, but seemed to have all the basics, including washer and dryer. Decent TV with Google tv Would definitely use again.

Very small room to fit 2 persons. I wish there was more accurate information about the amenities, so I could prepare on what to bring.

There was nearly no parking anywhere. In this area, there is only residential parking in the night on the street and only 3 small public parking lots nearby and of course they were full. I think it should be more clear, that this accommodation is not good for people who travel with a car. AC did not work well, the room was very hot. Bedsheets had a lot of spots, it smelled washed, but looked dirty.

The localization is good! Really easy to get to Downton (even walking like 35 min). Check in quite smoothly and contactless.

The only complaint was that the TV didn’t work, in that we weren’t able to watch either cable or any streaming services. Overall, very well kept facilities and very clean/easily accessible. We loved the access to a communal kitchen as well.

Unfortunately the room was very bright from the lights in the hallway, so I didn't get the best sleep there. Also being on the top floor, the smell of the food cooked in the communal kitchen was very strong upstairs, which was hard to escape with sealed windows

Bedroom was nice and clean, check in was easy, and they got the laundry working again the day after I asked about it

The passcode that they sent us to enter the room was incorrect, we had to contact them and get a new one. It took them like 10-15min to wait. At the end it was resolved but it was a little bit frustrating. The room was in a 3rd floor and the stairs are really narrow, so it was difficult to go up with the luggage, nothing bad with this since they make it really clear that there is no elevator, but just take that into consideration when booking.

The property is really close by taxi to the airport. It was really clean, the description matched what we got. It has a lot of common areas that we did not used but it looked really nice and clean. The bathroom is shared with only 2-3 other rooms and it was really clean.

Bad noise isolation, our room was on the ground floor near bathroom, and you can hear everything.(cars outside with really loud music, people going to the bathroom, going down the stairs, speaking in the corridor); tip - if you turn on the AC it helps a lot with baffling the noise. -About a 20min walk to the next T -It was great they let us keep our luggage after check -out, but I didn't love leaving them in the shared kitchen,. but i understand it's the possible solution being a staff less accomodation. They also have cameras, so I felt some safety leaving them.

Good value for money; -Easy self check-in/out -The room was good, minus the noise isolation. It has a comfy bed, desk, closet and tv with working Netflix account. -Bathroom was shared, but it was surprisingly okay cleaning wise (there is one per floor). Equiped with hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. -Host is super helpful and answers messages pretty fast -A lot of stores nearby -Tiny kitchen equiped with washing machines, great for longer stays; there is no dining table. -Exactly as described.

Front door was unlocked for the whole stay. Safety wise that was a bit stressful.

Comfy beds. Nice shared bathrooms. Cleaning staff was nice.

Only one towel pp for our whole stay. Loud doors and echoes in the halls. The bar across the street could get loud but we just put out air conditioner on to drown out the noise. The area is gentrified and very young crowds, we are in our 50's and gravitated more towards the seaport and north areas.
