Parking was tight. First night we parked on the street in front of the hotel. The car got scraped from someone else backing out, and it was very difficult to get out of the parking space. We parked in back of the hotel the rest of the week.

The hotel was located right in the middle of the main tourist area. We only used our car if we were exploring out of the area.

No parking on Friday and Saturday night. Public parking in front difficult to see traffic. Older facility and outlets not easily accessible.

We had extremely loud obnoxious neighbors that basically took over the pool, fire pit and grill area. Also their 12 kids ran up and down the stairs our entire stay

It is an older hotel so there are some little things that could be better. There was no hot water at the sink and no light in the shower.

The location is perfect for walking to the pier village. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as shopping. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

King room was really small. We were told the rooms with kitchenettes were bigger. It still proved to be a nice experience.

It was New Years Eve, so noise was expected. People were walking to their rooms all night after having a good time. Just a Lil more activity than we were use to.

We were there while it was raining so the dirt/ clay paths and parking was tracked in your room and the floor was tile so it got everywhere

The First Room we were given had a very Dirty carpet , that should not have been there at all , if it could not have been cleaned before hand , and so no one should have been put in that room , with the condition of said carpet .

Stairs were steep, needed more towels, Need chair & small table in king room No where to sit but in bed. The room was large enough for 1 or 3 chairs and a bistro style table.

The floors were filthy. You couldn’t walk any amount of distances without your feet turning black. Also, when we got there the room smelled to strong of bleach. Yes, I like to know bleach was used to clean the room, but the smell was overbearing. I had to leave the doors open for a while.

The location is amazing! We were able to walk to all restaurants, the pier, and the playground for the kids to play. We all loved the fire pit too!!

Even though the bathroom had grab bars and a shower seat the floor was tile and very slippery when wet. A large size non slip mat would have been appreciated instead of having to lay towels on the floor to keep from slipping.

Room was pretty basic but clean. The bathroom had a seat for the shower which was nice. The one thing I missed was even a small shelf on which to place my shaving kit/toiletries. The entrance had a wheelchair ramp which was absolutely necessary as I am on a mobility scooter.

Not the hotel’s fault but lots of cars speeding by and noisy at night with no police presence anywhere nearby which is a town problem. No continental breakfast. Head-in parking on the main road causes problems backing out with limited vision.

Easy 5 minute walk to everything in town. Close to the town pier and lighthouse. Friendly staff
