Very quite and nice neighborhood. Easy to find, the host gave us precise information about the location and the self-check in. The room was big and clean, we were able to use the facilities from the rest house, like the kitchen and the laundry.

The walls are thin so we could hear the other guests. I also wasn’t a fan of having to eat in the common areas.

Air conditioning a bit noisy, curtains not perfectly covering the windows – so you might be woken up by sunlight. No other issues to be reported.

Room was clean and well equipped. All was proper, no special comment. Maybe a bit difficult to find the entrance the first time, especially if you comes at night and you don’t want to be shot by someone in case you get to the wrong door. Apart from that all was fine, quite close to downtown (car or uber needed) and free parking available along the road. Kitchen very well equipped, nothing missing.

The only Gripes are parking, and the night light in the restroom. The light would function the same between all rooms and i found it flickering one night

I’m nitpicking here, but batteries in the tv remote were dead, and we had to “keep an eye on“ toilet paper usage as I couldn’t find any extra rolls. Ended up not needing to message the property manager, but I’m sure they would have responded. 

Location was fantastic! Quiet neighborhood near the zoo on a beautiful, tree-lined street. Our room was huge! Bed was really comfortable. This was the first time I’ve rented just a room, so I was really pleased there was a keypad lock on our door. There was a big, shared, living room and kitchen, too.

The room is very clean and comfortable, with the bathroom in the room, it ensures privacy and convenience. The host is very flexible, he allows me to put my luggage in there after checkout time.

blender didnt work. i bought frozen fruit but when I went to make my smoothie the blender was inoperable. I had to throw the fruit away unfortunately.

it was kind of difficult to find the parkinglot behind the house, the host spamed me with about 13 messages which made it even more difficult to find the importnant information in the messages. cameras in kitchen + linving room is something i do not like, walls are thin
