We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe top surfaces of the nightstands, TV stand, and desk were all nasty. The surfaces were smeared with some kind of residue and rings from cups something more than coffee. are used a washcloth to clean them all off myself. I still rated as good because everything else was clean.
The bedding and the towels were very clean. The bed was very comfortable… more so than the Hampton Inn bed the next night. Convenient to the Comedy Zone.

Room was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman working the breakfast area was super nice and friendly. Front desk staff was super helpful as well. The location was close to where we were going.

United States of AmericaKing bed only had 3 couch size pillows and when we asked for more , they said they didn’t have, comedy club goers take over the parking lot every night, we asked for clean towels on day 2 because they never cleaned our room during our 3 day stay and we never got towels, over all only reason I would go back is bed is comfortable and affordable other then that not my cup of tea.

United States of AmericaI have a 1 year old, a 14 year old, and a 13 year old, so I requested a non smoking, no pet room because my 1 year old loves to get around & my husband and 14 year old are both sadly allergic to dogs, well I don't think either of those qualifications were met with this room. You could tell by my baby's clothing that the floors had not been properly swept nor mopped in a very long time and his hands were covered in soot. I had to go to the local Walmart and get things to clean this room. The comforter had burn marks on them and my daughter sneezed and had watery eyes the entire weekend and my husbands allergies affected him so bad that we had to spend all day Saturday in our room, which surprisingly he never got any better, even after taking his prescribed medications. On Saturday night the people in the room directly next to us came out with dogs, which is when we realized that our room had to have been pet friendly. We checked out the very next morning and went down to Daytona, surprisingly everyone has been back to themselves since. They only received such high stars because of the staff and their restaurant GiGi's.
I absolutely loved the staff!! They were 100% friendly and attentive.

United States of AmericaThe floor needs an upgrade from rubber-like to a hardwood type. Need an extra chair and small table. The reason we stayed was because of the breakfast and "pet friendly". Thank you.
Dining facility, food preparation, quality and taste of food far exceeded our expectations. Mr Charlie and Ms Di are "Wonderful", and so is the Chef!!!!!!
