Can't beat the location, but the hotel has seen better days.

Bathroom was a mess: terrible shower pressure, leaky tub, not the best maintenance. In fact that extends to the entire property, it is in dire need of renewal. Overnight parking costs a lot, think twice if you're driving into town.

Close to the most relevant places around the French Quarter. Food and entertainment options within the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable about the area.

We had to go to the front desk every day to request the proper amount of hand towels, wash cloths, and coffee pods but, other than that. Everything was good.

Surprisingly the rooms were quiet considering the location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Access to bars and dining was excellent.

Like I said it was right on Bourbon street so be prepared for the noise and the action. Had a little problem with our bill when we checked out but everything was fixed before we traveled home.

Location was right on bourbon Street, walking distance to everything. The concierge was so helpful in planning our ad ventures. The jazz club and restaurants for breakfast was great to have right on site. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Price was steep but again, its right in the middle of the action!!

Location was awesome. It was exactly what I was hoping for - balcony, overlooking the maylay, 1 street off burbon on our side. Hotel sits on corner of burbon so we could see. Quintessential Nola experience

The noise from Bourbon Street made it very difficult to sleep. Parking was extremely expensive. Front desk staff were somewhat cold and abrupt.

This was a great location for watching the action on Bourbon Street. Having access to the balcony was a plus. The staff did their best to make the visit enjoyable and sent multiple texts to confirm everything was fine.

Being on Bourbon street, it did get a bit noisy. Room fridge was very small and amenities such as coffee pods and water was not replenished.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Best experience I've had with staff was at this hotel. Very good security, too.

Ideal location in the heart of the French quarter, but could do with an upgrade

The room we were first assigned was very small and dark and looked out on a wall and was really claustrophobic . We upgraded to a slightly bigger room that led onto the pool area, which was better, but still quite small for 3 adults.. We found the hotel to be a bit tired and dated. The bathroom was small and the shower was a bit temperamental. We did not have our coffee and toiletries replaced daily

The hotel was in a great area and considering the proximity on Bourbon street was quiet. The pool area was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful

My only real critique of the hotel is that the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger. Not sure if they can do much to fix that...

This hotel is all about the location! You step out the front door and you're right on Bourbon Street in the heart of the French Quarter! Great location for first time visitors to New Orleans. I highly recommend getting a courtyard facing room with a balcony. The courtyard is very nice to look over as you sit on your balcony having a glass of wine and is pretty quiet considering the proximity to Bourbon Street. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the courtyard facing room was very quiet at night!

Cleaning staff, although very nice and cordial, was apparently understaffed. It took until the third day for clean linens and towels. Hotel food and drinks were very overpriced compared to the restaurants and bars nearby. Pool bartender had an 'uncaring' attitude.

Room location in relation to pool/bar area was wonderful. Location of the hotel is excellent. Great history and ambience. Front desk staff were very nice, helpful and informative. Cleaning staff were very nice and professional.

Prior to our stay the hotel sent an email requesting whether we would like to register for an upgrade to our room . We chose the upgrade to executive room which had robes breakfast and one alcoholic drink included. We understood the condition if available . When we checked in the receptionist knew nothing of the upgrade and it was only when I showed the printed off confirmation of the express upgrade that she then then went to seek advice from the manager. An upgrade was offered but not the one we had requested but the hotel did honour the daily rate shown. I do not see the point of the hotel sending out this express upgrade emails if they don’t follow through with it or even have knowledge of the request .

The hotel was in the centre of bourbon street and was ideal when visiting other attraction

    Parking was pricey.

I LOVE the location!!! Everything was right there or walking distance! Walk out the doors, and you're on Bourbon St. so that was awesome. Our room had a balcony on the side street, which was wonderful because you can sit there and watch the action but also not too noisy to sleep at night. The valet was super friendly and great!! The hotel has entertainment and food, so that was a plus. The parking per day was pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The bedding is very thin. We had to ask for blankets. We were told we could only have 1 because we only had 1 bed. We begged and finally got 2 blankets.

The location was great. The room was clean and the value was in line with what we wanted to spend.

Bathroom had ONE handrail to get into tub but none when you got inside. Need another handrail inside. The tub was slippery & did not make showering a pleasant experience.

Breakfast not available at hotel. There's just coffee & muffins area. Went to Jimmy J's & Sheraton for breakfast. Unfortunately, we arrived early & hotel wouldn't accommodate our early arrival. Made us wait until 4PM. WE ARRIBED AT 9:30AM! We flew in not drove in. All they kept saying was it'll cost you more to "upgade".That meant that there were rooms available. They were just not willing to accommodate us. Very disappointing.

Did not see any spa/services available which I would have so loved. Only wished the Jazz Playhouse would allow music to play a little longer (perhaps til 11pm) as it was such wonderful entertainment and ended a little too early.

Amazing location and surprisingly quiet allowing a great sleep despite all the music and noise from the street. Loved the decor in the foyer and the fragrance of the hotel (very pleasant to the senses). The Jazz Playhouse is fantastic!
