Please move away from using plastic in the restaurant! Yuck!

Second time stay. This spot is a nice mix of simple, upgraded rooms, very clean and has a pleasing lobby and a lively bar. Free shuttle too. I returned because the staff here had handled a cancelled-flight-rush situation so very well last fall. They gave equally good service this time.

Radisson could have vegan options and instead of hash brown that was greasy potatoes should be served and real oatmeal instead of instant packs and real orange juice because the breakfast menu is not cheap which we paid for but didn’t receive go food

I gave only a smile because the night bartender was rude and had a personal guest at the bar that caused conflict. Their was security on site that successfully and professionally deescualated the conflict. The bathroom light being out caused tardiness. Yet I was given a late checkout.

The morning food and beverage service was excellent. The front desk was courteous and of much assistance with luggage and tending to needs. The management was friendly and resolved any concerns. The restaurant served good food and drinks. A bartender with glasses was fast, courteous, and, efficient. Maintenance was friendly and fixed my light on my one night stay. Due to outage upon awaking. The property was cleanly. I paid roughly 140 dollars for the night and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The hotel shuttle would not pick us up at the international terminal. We came in late with luggage from a 2 week vacation and did not want to have to take a shuttle to the domestic side of the airport to wait on the shuttle for the hotel. We had to take a taxi which was a nightmare because the taxi drivers were fighting and I felt very unsafe.

The location was close to the domestic side of the airport. The room was comfortable and met our expectations.

The room was supposed to be cleaned on the third day of our stay. However it didn't happen.

The staff was very accommodating to my family with our gathering. Anything we needed to make our stay comfortable, they did. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant was very good and I definitely appreciated the shuttle service.

It was a bit dark in the lobby. Low ceilings. But nothing too bad. You can just see it is an old hoyel that got a make over.

Good location. Too bad the free airport shuttle leaves from the domestic terminal so we first had to catch another bus to that terminal (we flew in from Europe) before we could catch the airport shuttel. Very big room! Two queen beds, bathroom with all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. You really appreciated the help with our surfboards. Thank you! Hotel has been upgraded, but it is still a bot gloomy. But all in all it was a great ‘layover hotel’.

Air conditioning was not working. Room temperature was a little too warm for me. Shower while spacious could use a shelf to hold shampoo, etc, and there was not a blow dryer in bathroom.

Breakfast was okay but not fantastic. Coffee was warm not hot and eggs were over cooked. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and stylish.

The hotel is minutes from the ATL Domestic terminal. The room I stayed in had two queen beds and a sofa bed, and could comfortably accommodate up to six people. The room was very spacious and clean.

Not terribly well soundproofed so the aircraft going overhead were very loud in the room. I brought earplugs so was able to sleep fine.

Nice modern hotel. Large room. Close to airport and ideal for an overnight. Shuttle every 30 mins.

The parking rate of 28 dollars a day separate from room rates. I’m a guest at your hotel. This place is nice and clean but this is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel.

The facility was very suitable and clean for a hotel. The room was clean and very decent. My only issue was parking rate. You have to pay for parking separately at a valet rate with no valet service or amenities.
