Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was not stocked with enough towels and wash clothes for two people. Went to service desk didn’t have any there and even house keeping that was stocking rooms didn’t have any. Waited 30 minutes and still no towels…

The location was seedy to drive into. We arrived later in the evening and didn’t go out after we checked in but probably wouldn’t have walked around after dark.
The bed was very comfortable.

The first room we were given, smelled as if it had been a smoking room at one time, or maybe it was the cleaning products smelling, not sure and we were not able to connect to wifi. The front desk subsequently moved us from one end of the hallway to the other, closer to the main lobby; wifi worked. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. The drain cover in the bathroom was missing. Tissue box had one tissue left in it. Found it odd that our bath towels and extra toilet paper had to be stored in the clothes closet while the washcloths and hand towels were in the bathroom. I'll end with the issue with one of the can lights under the drive through awning was going out, I know this because at 4:00 a.m. it began to flicker against our blackout shades. I got up thinking it was a silent fire alarm in the room and/or an emergency vehicle outside. No sleep for me after that.
Mattress was comfortable. Shower was a nice size. Close to the airport.

The staff didn't acknowledge us or another woman trying to check in. They completely ignored us for 5-10 minutes before checking us in.
The room met our expectations in cleanliness and comfort!

Although the shuttle from the airport was free, it was an older slightly dirty van that was used. However, even on an early morning pickup, the van was right on time.
I called ahead because my flight was canceled due to inclement weather. It was 9:30 a.m. in the morning and the front desk person said he could get me into a room sometime mid-morning. When I arrived they were still cleaning rooms but the front desk staff suggested a nearby restaurant for breakfast which was one of the best I've had in my life. They let me store my luggage while I went to the restaurant and when I returned my king suite was ready. Everyone was very kind. The room was quiet and immaculate. I was very pleased with the price range and there was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Everything was Good but we had 4 people in 1 room and needed more towels and we were told by the head housekeeper to share plus they don't understand ENGLISH OR SPEAK ENGLISH SOMETHING THEY NEED TO LEARN WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC when you have more than 2 people in a room you need more towels and wash cloth
The rooms were clean ,close to restaurants and gas stations will be back next month and close to highway and airport

The star had undesirables but there is nothing the Radisson can do about that. I had a great stay.
Staff was very friendly, mind, courteous and knowledgeable, they had security and room was clean.

Housekeeping kept touching and moving our stuff in the room. I requested no house keeping since my insulin kept moving around and I started to get a bit nervous on if any was taken. The beds felt hard as a rock, there was scrapes and scratches all over the wall and the carpet was crunchy in several places which made me keep my socks on.

Driver to the airport was VERY dangerous. Room was in middle of remodel. Have to go to 1st floor to get ice and drinks.

The entrance to the parking lot is a little weird, as it is not direct. The was no hot water for the shower in the morning.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine and it was an easy walk to a brewery to get dinner.

My comforter was dirty . The hotel representative was nice about getting me another one . However , that one had holes in it. Hotel management needs to invest in new clean comforters for the beds , no one wants a dirty , torn or stained comforter .

When we checked in I enquired about booking the restaurant for dinner and was advised it was closed for refurbishment. Stayed for two nights….only the bathroom was cleaned the next morning. Bed was not re-made, cups not replaced. No hair drier in room?

My only comment would be regarding the airport shuttle. The service of the driver was excellent. The issue is that I was not aware that I needed to call the Hotel for the shuttle to be sent. I spent a long time waiting. There has to be a way to notify guests of this condition.
Great value for a Hotel relatively near the airport. Awesome and caring staff.
