To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomThere is a gentleman's club on the far side of the car park, which might make some guests uncomfortable. However, we did not see anyone hanging around either in the car park or in the hotel unlike the reports of some previous reviewers.
This was a return visit for us as we had an early flight from CLT the next morning. This time we were arriving by rental car - no issues with finding space to park in the car park. Note: You will need to get a permit from reception to place on your dashboard to avoid your car being towed. Good location - near airport and gas station not far away. Coffee machine in our room had both coffee and tea capsules, which were very welcome. Appreciated the security features of the room, including a door stop in place of a chain, to prevent anyone from entering the room (especially as this time we were on the ground floor). Clean and comfortable room and bed. Good value airport hotel compared to others in the rea.

United Kingdom1. No response by e-mail when enquiring about how the shuttle worked when I contacted them several weeks in advance of our stay. The shuttle pick up at the airport is on demand, so you need to call reception when you arrive and wait at the shuttle bay outside the airport. Please note that this area is pretty busy and chaotic, with both hotel and parking lot shuttles arriving and departing constantly. The shuttle has a logo with both Radisson and Ramada Hotels on the side (there is a separate shuttle bus for Country Inn & Suites by Radisson). 2. Long wait for shuttle - 60 minutes instead of the 20/25 we were advised when we called reception from the airport. When the driver did arrive, they cited traffic as the reason. However, the other hotel shuttles, many of which came for pick ups more than once whilst we were waiting, didn't seem to have the same issue! Ourselves and another guest separately called reception for updates 3 times. Once it had arrived, it was a 10 minute ride to the hotel. Additionally, the shuttle vehicle was a little worn inside. 3. Although the bedding was freshly cleaned, some (make up?) stains on the sheet and on one of the towels had not fully washed out.
Hotel was clean, with blackout blinds and comfortable bed. WiFi worked well and water pressure in the shower was good with plenty of hot water. Good coffee machine in the room. Ability to book return shuttle for the next morning with reception when we checked in. This arrived promptly and was driven with care by a different driver than the evening before. Reception answered our calls promptly when we rang them from the airport to check on the progress of the shuttle pick up (see below).

There was a wide space between the two and a lot of extention cords and plugs and it was very dusty there.(below my head) I considered it very hazardous and unsafe. The cords were very visible and not hiden. The carpet and mattress had soiled spots on them. The room didnt smell very pleasant and the pool wasnt even open. The area and location had a lot of construction and other things going on and it did not give a feeling of security.
The staff was nice and it served the purpose for the night.

United States of AmericaThe first room we were given, smelled as if it had been a smoking room at one time, or maybe it was the cleaning products smelling, not sure and we were not able to connect to wifi. The front desk subsequently moved us from one end of the hallway to the other, closer to the main lobby; wifi worked. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. The drain cover in the bathroom was missing. Tissue box had one tissue left in it. Found it odd that our bath towels and extra toilet paper had to be stored in the clothes closet while the washcloths and hand towels were in the bathroom. I'll end with the issue with one of the can lights under the drive through awning was going out, I know this because at 4:00 a.m. it began to flicker against our blackout shades. I got up thinking it was a silent fire alarm in the room and/or an emergency vehicle outside. No sleep for me after that.
Mattress was comfortable. Shower was a nice size. Close to the airport.
