There were brown stains all over the lamp shades and we killed a roach that was climbing up the wall in the pool area. The wooden furniture in the room was in very bad condition. The sink was clogged as soon as we began to wash our hands. I expected better quality considering the price I paid for the room.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was nice and the view of the city was spectacular.

I don't particularly appreciate being surprised about having to pay extra for overnight parking. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is not included in the price. I asked for a room on the top floor, but they were unable to accommodate my request.

I had a great view of the area from the 12th floor. Despite the hotel being booked, I had a restful night and didn't hear any of my neighbors. The elevators were operational and there were plenty of handicapped parking spaces available, even late in the evening.

The stained pillows i didnt likeand the staff came into the room when we left for a short time and extended the stay, even when asked and told not to. That was uncomfortable 😳

The extra parking fee!! What did I get for my money? I've never had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel, even in Niagara falls and Washington DC! My view was at the perfect height, 3rd floor, to watch and hear the traffic of a major interstate. C'mon Radisson, is it really necessary?!? Get back to me, and no, I don't want the money back. Let's fix this

Too expensive for the old, outdated, dirty room we stayed in. The carpet was stained and gross(feet were sticking to it) bathtub drain stop was broke, desk was stained with rust. Also, I think it’s unfair to pay to park overnight in the parking lot and the price charged to check in early was ridiculous as well.

Lobby was updated and clean, staff was nice and being near Cincinnati was great.

The bathroom sink was broke. In order to let the water out I had to keep lifting up the drain cover. I called front desk and they said they would send someone and they never did.

Lobby smelled like pot as did the elevators. Rooms need updated. The pool had an underwater light fixture which was broken and the light was dangling by an electrical cord at the bottom of the pool. Our room faced the south (highway) and the traffic noise was extremely loud and lasted the entire night.

The location was very convenient. Room was clean. Check in was fast and easy. Building is unique.

The room was very small. Not enough dresser space. I fell there employee Terrell came running to help me, The person behind the desk did not even attempt to help me. Offered to have someone come check me out but not until I was checking out to come home.

The sheets were stained, as well as the comforter had to be moved to another room, and that comforter had a stain in it, smelled clean, but stained and dingy looking

Rooms on west side are close to the highway, a bit noisy. During the night the heating system was down due to a fault of the bluetooth control unit at the wall.

The lady at the receptions was very busy but so gentle and she gave me much help with a technical problem in the room. Really appreciated. The service tech guys where gentle as well and almost immediately available to fix the problem. Good breakfast for 14 bucks.

was disappointed in our view. was told we would have a view of the city but instead was looking at the expressway on opposite side of hotel. there was no Hot tub/spa in the pool area. pool water was not looking the best and it was chilly. workout room was terrible with only a few machines to use. employees enjoyed smoking right outside the entranceway which to a non smoker is very annoying.

we enjoyed the there was a great restaurant on the 18th floor of this hotel for fine dinning and did not have to leave the property for dinner.

The whole hotel is dated, it's seen better days, bathrooms, furniture, plugs etc, it was clean but needs major updates

Easy parking with minimal fee, spacious rooms, restaurant on site and lots of places to eat within walking distance, good location for activities
