Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaOur room only came with one adult towel when there was two of us staying in the same room. There was a ton of hair in the shower that wasn’t from us, gross!!!! Breakfast wasn’t the greatest.
Close to the ball park.

United States of AmericaA microwave in the room and move the Keurig to the counter top to allow you to pour the water into the back of the machine. The cabinet it is currently located in was almost impossible to fill and I had to use my phone flashlight to see where to put the water in and watch the fill level. The Cafe was tucked in a corner and I think could be better utilized by the hotel patrons and pedestrians if it was marketed a little better. The food was good and priced fine and staff was wonderful but no one was using it. A shame.
We came for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship. The location is outstanding. It is barely a 2 minute walk to Rocket Mortgage Arena. It was a 0.7 mile walk to Tourney town and 0.3 mile further to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s 0.2 mile to Progressive Field to see the Cleveland Guardians. 0.3 mile walk to Playhouse Square to see a show. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance to get breakfast, go to a pub or relax with special dinner. Heinen’s grocery is a short walk to pick up drinks and snacks for the room. The only shortcoming in the room was no microwave. The Keurig coffeemaker was good but hard to fill water in it in the cabinet where it was located. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was teriffic. Joy, the receptionist who checked us in, was friendly and very informative. The Headliner bar and cafe was nothing fancy but the food was tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful. They boxed up 2 wonderful breakfast sandwiches made from scratch for us to take with us when we checked out! How’s that for service? The valet parking was friendly and priced comparable to other hotels. just allow them a little extra time to bring your car up. We would definitely stay here again for the price and location alone. We had a great experience

United States of AmericaMy husband left a piece of clothing there and I have talked to 2 different staff members stating that the housekeeping would call me back and after almost 2 weeks have not heard anything back. To me that probably means someone has kept it or otherwise I would have gotten a call back. Very unprofessional!
Very close to everything.

United States of AmericaNoting major there was an elevator being worked On during our stay so the wait times were long to use elevator which isn’t a huge deal but during the weekend of a major concert across the street meant hotel was full and the wait times were even longer but wasn’t a negative thing can’t help those type of situations was just more of an inconvenience but overall we love the hotel.

United States of AmericaNothing I didn't like, just wanted to mention that only one elevator of the two main ones was working and it was super creaky and not very smooth, freaked me out just a little. As you can imagine based on its location, this hotel is super busy so the hallways and certain parts of the rooms are definitely starting to show some wear and tear. Also, depending on the event schedule across the street, there can be a fair bit of noise from crowds and traffic but it dies down at a reasonable hour.
This hotel is right across the street from the RocketMortgage Fieldhouse so a bustling area of downtown and within walking distance of so much: theaters, shops, great restaurants and bars! Our room was spacious and overlooked the street, the beds were super comfy and I liked that the mini-fridge and coffee/tea set up was stored inside an armoir. It helped the room feel uncluttered. The staff are super friendly!

United States of AmericaI said there were 3 of us. And got 3 room keys. Which should have been a clue that we’d need 3 sets of towels and a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. Only when I was already wet did I realize the body wash container in the shower was empty. I was there for the Drake concert, which I’m sure meant there were some extra rowdy guests that accounted for the trash and broken glass in the elevator
Location was perfect. We could see Rocket Mortgage Field House from the room. The staff at the desk were very friendly. I had to ask for towels and sofa bed linins, but at least they were delivered quickly
