Literally everything else. Such a frustrating experience. From the parking lot (lack of parking and the biggest potholes I’ve ever seen in the lot on superior). Run down property. Not clean. Old. Rusty bathrooms tubs. Our ceiling was falling down all around the edges of the room. Elevator in ramp was out of order. Signage was inaccurate missing room number that I was staying in. I could go on and on. I live in Minnesota and usually stay in canal park but was always hopeful that if I stayed here it would be amazing but was so disappointed. I’d rather stay in canal park. I’m shocked the company doesn’t try to keep up with all of the nicer properties down in canal given the location with the view and restaurant bar.

The restaurant view and staff in the restaurant were fantastic. Imagine if someone actually invested in the hotel and updated it, it would be a gold mine. Am shocked how dilapidated this building has become. Every single aspect of it.

The food selection for dinner was not very good and there was actually a hard piece of plastic in my food. Good thing I noticed it and did not bite down on it.

Our air conditioning was pretty noisy and was leaking water on the floor by the window.

Loved the view from our room in the tower, and the beds were so comfortable I haven’t slept that good in awhile. Also had a very clean workout room with a good amount of equipment.

The common areas are dated some of the couches in the Common areas were very stained and didn’t look appealing, old carpets , swimming pool area very dated, swimming pools has a strange cover that is soft on the bottom and very dirty on water level. Very dirty windows in rooms and pool. Charged for premium room but hard to enjoy view with windows that dirty

Hotel is dated. Our room bathroom was dirty/hair in piles under the sink and tub not cleaned. Room amenities- for the bathroom- were used. Room was over-priced for the lack of quality expected from a Radisson hotel.

The hotel seemed old and outdated. The round structure was unique, but the layout made for rooms that were not very inviting to spend much time in. You could hear noises in the halls and the neighboring units a lot.

The check-in folks were nice. The location and views were good.

The entry area decor could use a major update and the elevators are scary. The signs outside say park at your own risk. Seems the surrounding area is filled with homeless and drug users. Sad to see Duluth end up this way. No security around. Expensive as well.

The food at the restaurant was very good. Just limited choices due to new computer ordering system. The staff was great. Great location near the train station as we took a train ride.

The bathroom in my first room was gross. There was black hair on the shower wall and the washcloths. I have blonde hair and I was there alone. There was obvious water damage on the ceiling of the shower as well. Upon being upgraded to a new room, I found stains on one of the pillowcases. I know no one is perfect and the staff was excellent otherwise but I'm a little disappointed about all of that as I paid a lot of money to stay there.

The heating/cooling system was very LOUD, VERY LOUD. The Bed was a very narrow Queen, not a standard Queen.

The second floor is really not that clean the restaurant next to nothing to choose from poor service understaffed
