As mentioned bathroom and the Mon Tues no breakfast or bar.

Check-in easy. Slow elevators. No bar/breakfast on Monday/Tuesday. Some issues in bathroom. Toilet tank lever rusted out. Faucet leaking and fan wasn't working. Gave list to clerk. Shower strong. Nice area and easy to get around. IHOP down the street.

who are the people sitting in the lobby with plastic bags of clothing? old bathtub and barely functioning shower one sign lit at the top of the building with a very dark parking lot. I asked the man at the front desk a few questions, his replies were unusually unhelpful and ambivalent.

there was an underlying smell which was somewhat like stale cigarettes. i know it is a non-smoking facility. at least a sign says this. and, I requested a non-smoking room. anyway there was this underlying scent of something like stale cigarette smoke. it's ok just not so ok.

room was typical and comfortable, spacious, and quiet. bed was comfy. slept well. spaace to sit and work at desk good. sofa good.

maintenance being done, entry to lobby moved and i was trying to get in but got stuck. The door was usually propped open. Not really safe. Very dark and gloomy inside the lobby almost looking abandoned. Front desk looks very outdated & Barely saw staff. I asked for a fridge and they said they can’t put one in even though the listing stated refrigerator upon request. Ice machines did not function. We started on our floor (2nd) and we had to go all the way to the 6th floor for ice

We arrived to a hotel that seemed to be under renovations. The whole three night stay we had no hot water in our room, spoke to front desk and all I was told was oh its a problem in most rooms. Due to water boilers being replaced. My kids went without baths during our 3 night stay. For the price paid, you would at least expect hot water. and better front desk service.

Room was clean and the young man who checked us in, was great! Even changed our room to one that did have a mini fridge in it. since the first one did not.

I didn’t like that there were no microwaves in the room it was very inconvenient to use one microwave. There were some rust stains in the tub and I didn’t like that breakfast was not complimentary and the pricing was inconsistent daily.

Unattractive and dirty.I stayed here several times and each time I come back it looks more tired. Place needs an overhaul. Everything is worn or dirty or both. Hotel has seen better days. Hopefully some companies coming to buy the place and will renovate and rejuvenate. Cable service is awful. TV is old and too limited on stations. The shower/bath facility in the room is an antique.

I could park close to the entrance but the lot is Unattractive and dirty.

We arrived early, so the room was (understandably) not ready yet. The young lady at the front desk promised to call us when it was, and never did. For a while, we hung out in their outdoor "courtyard," which contained three filthy chaise lounges, and garbage on the ground. To get there, we passed the indoor pool, in a fairly dark room, and the hot tub--which contained no water. We found out, at the hotel, that the lobby snack shop shown on the website is only open 'til noon, yet we never saw it open, even when we were in the lobby in the morning. Nor did we ever see the restaurant or bar open (although there's an outside chance they were open at times when we weren't there). Anytime there was a question at the front desk (and there was someone with a question every time we were there), the three people behind the desk would gather together to try to solve the problem, leaving the other guests waiting. When we got to the room, it was freezing. The thermostat was set to 67. We'd raise the temperature, and watch it lower itself back to 67 within seconds. We'd have called the front desk about it--but there was no phone in the room. We went to the front desk, and they promised to send someone up to check the thermostat, which they did promptly. While the young man was very nice, and tried hard to help, he couldn't figure out the problem either, and ultimately just turned off the thermostat. He also, voluntarily, got us a phone. We were only too happy to check out the next morning.

Convenient location, with a restaurant across the street, more down the road, and ample parking. The bed was comfortable.

Bathroom not up to Radisson standards. Shower curtain rod was pulled from wall at both ends an could not hold curtain. Ergo, no showers! Air conditioning control was non functional and set at a cold 69 degrees. Desk lamp barely made it to dim and, as such, was useless. Stick lamp behind chair with ottoman was unplugged. Produced an electric arc when I attempted to plug it in. The room tv only received local channels. You have to REQUEST a refrigerator! (In all my years of traveling I have never experienced this!) I’m not usually a complainer but I would expect that a hotel of this supposed level would have been aware of these items and not assigned the room.

General maintenance was lacking. Facilities were dated. The hotel in in serious need of a remodel. Probably last remodel was in the 90's and it shows. Pricing was out of line with other places I have stayed. I guess I thought at the price, It would be a nicer hotel.

But honestly I think they should have a grilling station or something in the pool area , n the pool could b clearer but for the most part it was a good stay , and the cable there's no real cable
