We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaNo extra blankets and pillows for the bed, we were freezing! heat/ac system was loud and really didn't ever get to a good temp either too hot or freezing. Had to move our room after we were settled in for the night, used the bathroom once and the toilet was blocked (no solids or too much paper), there was no one there to fix it. So, Reception had to move our room.
It was convenient for a night stay being close to the airport for an early morning flight. Bed was comfortable room was clean

I had a confirmation number but had no record of it. They said they were having problems with Bookings but they would honor Bookings price that was sent to me. However when I checked my credit card they didn't honor that price I was quoted.

United States of AmericaAll the doors stick, the door to the bathroom, the doers to the rooms. When we left the room we had to pull hard on the door to get it to shut. As we walked the halls we could see many of the doors weren’t shut completely, guessing for the same reason. There wasn’t any silverware in the rooms. Takeout did not provide a fork with our meal and when we asked the front desk “do you have any plastic forks here” the lady at the front desk said “I don’t think so” and promptly picked up the phone and made a phone call. I had to eat my salad with my fingers.
The man who checked us in was funny and smiled and laughed, very polite. We wish you had a dozen more just like him!

I know renovations are happening but no excuse to not have complimentary coffee in the morning and when their was coffee in morning it was after 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning and you had to pay for it.

United States of Americathe entrance to the hotel in the back (where 85% of the parking is) wasn't accessible due to construction to the courtyard, pool area....so, a rather considerable walk with luggage to get to an open door at night was a bit cumbersome. but, it's temporary, so, your experience may vary depending on when you stay.

United States of AmericaI went through booking dot com to make my reservation. for 8 children and 8 adults. However I had to go out and Purchase sleeping bags for the children.. Due to the resident not having cuas I was told that I could purchase if I needed extra space. There were no cats to be found therefore I was forced to go out and purchase Sleep in the bags. Also there was no continental or free breakfasthat was another expense that I Had to add to my trip. I travel often as I work for united airlines I did not use the Ua Discount I know that other Radisson's have free continental breakfast and. It is usually an excellent choice for customers twice twice for hotels. However I was a little disappointed that I had to go and purchase 6 living. That was an expense that I wasn't expecting due to the medicine. Not having cuts to purchanevertheless it was a good stay.
The hotel was very clean the atmosphere was very calm. The customer service was excellent..
