Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNot ONE TIME were there clean towels, or ANY towels at the pool! Also..The pool was FULL of leaves for the 11/2 days we were there, with no attempt to remove them from anyone. (We arrived early for check in, and spent time at the pool) Every. Single. Time. I went to use the bathroom (we waited about 4 hours for check in, hotel OBVIOUSLY wasn't full), the cleaning lady was in the bathroom, not cleaning, just using THAT bathroom! The floor of our room was NOT clean. It IS a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff, and the staff at the restaurant/bar were both EXCELLENT!! I KNOW it's difficult right now to hire competent people, BUT the cleaning staff should be a PRIORITY.. If a beautiful hotel isn't clean, it changes the experience, and THAT is what a "boutique hotel" should be, an "experience " in and of itself..
We LOVE boutique hotels!

CanadaThe location wasn't the best (not a lot to do walking distance). Everything was a decent Uber drive away so ultimately convenient for a night before going to Miami port or catching a flight at Miami airport.
Everything was very good the service, check in and out process, front desk staff, general cleaness, art on walls, size of the room, bed comfortable, food selection at the restaurant, amazing bartender, food tasted good, huge portion, drinks selection etc

United States of AmericaOur flight got in at 8:30 pm from Denver, CO. We were told the shuttle runs every half hour but 9:00 came and went with no shuttle. We had to call the hotel twice and the shuttle finally arrived at about 9:45. We were exhausted and the wait was frustrating. Then, when we got to the hotel we were told we were too late to order food from the bar/restaurant. I have no idea why you would close it down so early. With no transportation, we ended up having to order pizza delivery! Not what we were hoping for. Some food and a couple of drinks at the hotel would have been nice after a full day of travel.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable. But, it was the staff that made our stay great. The woman at the front desk was incredible! She helped us with every single request. Amazing! It was nice to have a shuttle from the airport and the front desk staff went above and beyond setting up our shuttle to the cruise terminal the next morning. She arranged a special time for us to meet our check in time at the terminal. What a hero!!

United States of AmericaOne of the main reasons in booking this hotel was because of how close it was to the airport and that it had a shuttle to and from airport. I asked the reception multiple times what the earliest shuttle would be as we had a flight back home at 6:40am. They said 5 am. Which sounded great! Except for when the morning of our flight, we checked out of our hotel room at 4:50am and then were told at 5ish the shuttle driver was going to be about 20 or so minutes late. Being that we needed to be boarding our plane at 6:10 (30 min prior to flight), and assuming if the shuttle showed up at 5:20 we wouldn’t get to airport til 5:30, that only gave us 40 minutes to get through checking in, baggage, security and finding our gate. We barely made it to our gate in time. The receptionist was kind and offered a cab to the airport when we showed concern but by the time we found a cab that early and it got to the hotel it would probably have arrived the same time as the shuttle. The breakfast was not worth $15. We received half a waffle, VERY very thinly sliced bacon, scrambled eggs and choice of starch and a very small cup (like 4-5oz) of orange juice. There was a very small selection of fruit and the bakery items were hard and stale. All in all, I’d understand if this breakfast was half the price but $15 was very steep for the quality. I believe had they offered a full waffle, real bacon, more variety of fruit & fresh pastries or bread then $15 would absolutely make sense.
The rooms were clean, spacious and decorated nicely. The AC worked good and there was plenty of storage. The room was quiet. The bed was comfy enough. The bathrooms were very clean and shower was very nice and spacious. Plenty of towels, shampoo and soap. The elevators were very quick. The pool seemed very nice even though we weren’t able to swim, we did check it out. Reception was friendly and helpful. They helped us print documents for our cruise. We loved everything about this hotel except for the shuttle service & breakfast.

United States of AmericaIt was an overnight airport stay. We arrived fairly late and the bar/ food service was nearing closing time. The bartender who was also the waiter, cashier and also cleared the tables was terrific. Courteous, friendly, and efficient, he managed to get everything done. The hotel itself was fun, modern and not another typical chain hotel. Even for a one night stay that was appreciated.

BrazilThere’s no water dispensers to fill water bottles nor supermarkets or pharmacies close enough to go by walk, so we had to buy water at the market in the lobby. It was really expensive. That’s the only observation.
It’s really near the airport, the room is pretty and the bed is comfortable, the shower is ok.

SwitzerlandWhat we liked the least about the hotel was the restaurant, with slow service, limited choice and low quality of the food.
Shuttle from airport to hotel worked well (there is one every 30 minutes). Unlike all the other hotel shuttles there was no clear sign on the bus that it belongs to the Radisson RED. Enormous queue at reception, when we arrived, so we waited at the nearby bar with an expensive drink. For us the best about the hotel was the room. It was spacious and it was on the 6th, the top floor with a big window. We were not bothered by airplane noise. The bathroom was fine too.

United States of AmericaThey need to do something about their phone service. Upon arriving at the airport, we tried to call to get more information on the shuttle and could not get though to anyone - disconnected several times. Neither front desk nor "transport desk" answered. Very frustrating. Fortunately, just as we were about to give up and take a taxi, the shuttle showed up. The "restaurant" had very limited choices and uncomfortable seating.
The Raddison Red is going for a "hip" look - exposed concrete floors and ceilings, unusual wall graphics, etc. It was reasonably comfortable - king bed was very nice and the room was quite large. Airport shuttle was very welcome.

United KingdomLittle more choice on menu as I'm not a burger person and so ended up with pizza. Food was nice though.
We liked that there was a shuttle that picked you up from the airport, and it was just a 10 minute drive to the hotel. This was a free service. There was a small cafe/bar on site where you could get a limited range of food and drinks. The food was nice and the staff very pleasant. We needed to get to the port and discovered on arrival that there was a shuttle service at $15 per person. This was a great option for us.
