The check-in took forever, as only one person was there at the time I arrived, and there was a queue with 2 more guests waiting. I also was not aware that there was a free shuttle to the airport, and the receptionist didn't even tell me anything about it. To be honest, she barely spoke with me, only apologized for the wait, and basic questions regarding my stay. It would be nice if the team would let guests know basic info about the hotel, such as where the gym was, where breakfast was served, and that there was a complimentary shuttle to the airport. I ended up using Uber, and found out literally 1 minute before my Uber back to the airport arrived at the hotel.

The room was pretty decent, space enough for me to spend the night before I went back home through the MIA airport. I thought I was going to hear airplanes flying through, but I didn't, I was able to sleep through the whole night. Location was also pretty good, considering I needed to have quick access to the airport.

Breakfast starts at 7am. Strange for airport hotel.

Me and my wife stayed at Radisson Red for one night. We waited about 20 min at the airport for hotel shuttle. Service is pretty quick. When going back to the airport, reception agent ask shuttle to come early. Which was really nice. Room was clean and almost quite, still planes were audible during a night. Regular ear stoppers are enough.

When taking a shower, the water got all over the bathroom. Meal options are very poor. The in-house restaurant was poor and not opened very late. Their options were generally prepackaged airport type meals. Breakfast was not good. There are NO nearby restaurants at this location. Bring your own snacks and sandwiches. While one could order in this only works if you have a US phone number.

This is the first Airport hotel in the world where I heard every flight all night. No idea why so noisy. Also the over the top chemical cleaning fumes produced a head ache.

Modern hotel near the Miami Airport was clean, comfortable and artsy. The red exterior lighting made it extra easy to find at night.

The charge for two beers in the bar being$27.This seemed very high compared to equivalent in UK The pick up point in the airport is slightly chaotic .It’s not fit for purpose considering the number of shuttles trying to get into the small space .Observed frustration amongst travelers when shuttles could not park and just had to drive round continuously.This is not the hotels fault but representations should be made by the hotels to airport authorities.

Hamburgers were very dry and bland. Would have been a 10 rating but for the Oui restaurant burgers.

Customer service was excellent! Liked the chic minimalist style rooms. Attention to little things like night light in bathroom and free water(could be a full size bottle tho) and very clean!! Oh and the view...loved seeing the yachts and planes coming in.

We forgot to give our flight details and had no way of contacting hotel to arrange shuttle pick up. Did email and message on booking but no reply, but was our own fault. There was a lot of noise from parties and loud guests.

The only bad thing was the staff who works in the bar.( If you buy food they didn't give you change in cents and I found that unpleasant.) And They tried to charge me more to the card.

The shuttle driver missed picking us up even after I called the hotel in advance and we waved to him. We were traveling with a tired eleven-month old who was crying after a long trip. We planned to stay in the hotel for an overnight layover. The front desk staff wasn’t apologetic and not great at customer service. He just kept repeating that we can’t do anything and they said the next shuttle is 30 minutes later. Our car seat was checked in so we couldn’t even take an Uber and had to wait for the next shuttle. They need better training and empathy. After we arrived, the check-in took a long time as well and only one person was manning the front desk and the group ahead of us took around 20 minutes and were still not checked in.

I was charged multiple times for two rooms and I booked it through bookings and the hotel said they didn’t get paid for it so I had to pay two more times

Please look new the help weren’t very helpful and friendly. The restaurant needed help with their servers tables were messy, full no place to sit.

The hotel looks like it has recently been redone and they have gone for an sort of retro look whish was cool. For being next to the airport I felt it was much nicer than I expected.

We only had one wash cloth for 2 people. Texted to get another one. We never received it. Tried calling the front desk but no one ever answered. No ice bucket in the room. Only cereal, fruit, and cookies on the breakfast bar, which is not free.
