Hotel is old but appreciate them trying to update it. The run down buildings around it are unsettling.

The housekeeping was very sporadic, one day they’d take 3 towels and give you 1, other times they’d take 4 and give you 4. Cups were the same, they’d take them and not replace and other days they’d replace. Was the same for glass, paper and plastic cups. Had to go to reception on multiple occasions to ask for items. Ordering food/drinks from hotel lobby bar was very painful, waited 25mins one night for drinks that were ordered table service only to be brought water and asked what drinks did we order…..the worst part was the bar wasn’t busy! Had several issues with the room, shower water spraying from connections etc. Hotel rooms didn’t quite match the modern look of the hotel lobby, still look a bit tired and dated.

I like the location and facilities at this hotel. If you have younger children I’d pick somewhere else. Pools were ok, not over crowded. However on the whole, it was a good place to stay.

There was no microwave in any of the rooms. Parking area was a pretty far walk to the buildings and no luggage carts to be found.

The air con was sooooo loud and had a funny smell. We didn’t get the best night sleep. But the rooms were comfortable and clean.

All the staff were super friendly and the facilities around the hotel were modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely- buffet.

Elevators could use some maintenance or an upgrade. Not a single working ice machine after going through 6 floors and parking is paid…

Easy access to Disney, shops and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable if not overly spacious. Staff was nice and responded quickly to requests.

The layout of the buildings, exits, and elevators is a little confusing. The road coming into the hotel is a little rough. Could have gotten it cheaper on AB&B. Resort fees and paid parking in general are dumb. Just be up front with cost instead of tacking on extra fees all over the place. Sure you get the bonus $25 vouchers for paying the resort fee but you can only use them in their ridiculous yoga or exercise programs. Truth is, you're on vacation probably to go to Disney World so they pretty much count on you not using the vouchers at all. I'll make an educated guess and say without the programs (which I didn't see anyone using) they wouldn't be consider a resort and wouldn't be able to charge the resort fee.

Location good, staff was friendly enough, and the place was all around good. You can get it cheaper if you book via AB&B. Pet friendly.

There were fees to park overnight that we weren’t told about up front or at check in, they are just added and when asked about it the staff wasn’t able to help and didn’t care.

Shuttle service is to late 8.40 and parks open 8.30 so took our own car. Rooms need renovation No outlet for Coffe machine, had to put it in the bathroom
