Their restaurant part sucks, it is true that most of the hotels we stayed in the USA have limited options for breakfast, more as a gas station food that a hotel/restaurant food. But their breakfast was kind of special, some weird conditions, hard to understand - 1 adult pays, one kid eats for free, but that is not valid if the breakfast is included in your price, non the less that when you book on Booking usually there is supposed to be breakfast for everyone. Anyway, paid or included, I would not eat there, it is not worthy. One must know that the hotel is really almost on the highway, so maybe it is good for business travellers on the road, but kind of complicated for others, coz there is not much in a walking distance, you should always drive. Well, again this is USA, so cars are needed almost everywhere.

The room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had enough space. Their pool and their gym were big enough to spend some time training or playing with the kids, the pool was really warm, the jacuzzi was really hot. Parking was large and free.

My wife and I aren't big fans of the large overhead style showerheads but that wasn't a huge deal.

Nice modern finishes in our room. Simple and functional. Very clean room. The hotel bar and kitchen was a nice surprise although we didn't eat there it was nice to know we could have. The location was perfect for our trip to Medieval Times.

The vending not working on all floors but the 1st

Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The vending room being lock on our floor and having go down to the 1 st floor and a in room microwave would have made it great

The second room for my friend was locked from the inside. I had to go down to the desk, go back up to show the desk staff, go back down to get another key. Just annoying. This should have been checked prior to assigning that room. The area around the pool was very slippery. Water everywhere from kids jumping in the pool. I almost fell three times just trying to get to a chair to put my stuff down. The have a sign up for wet surface, but should be one for death trap.

The breakfast was great. Location was good as close to highway, but not loud.

This is just personal preference...but I don't like the rainfall showers and the open shower concept. It only makes a huge mess while taking a shower. There was also no sugar or cream for the coffee maker in my room.

We needed to break up a road trip owing to bad weather. The Holiday was perfect and efficient, just off of Interstate 90. It turned out to be remarkably quiet. We slept very well and hit the road very early.

the worker we interacted with was so nice and helpful, he went above and beyond on making our stay enjoyable. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was great! the room was clean, and looked newly renovated. It was also very close to lots of good restaurants and things to do! would stay again!

No microwave, kerrig didn't work in room initially, breakfast included didn't cover all my guests (didn't find out until after checked in and tried to feed my family breakfast - felt misled.... When I reserved room said breakfast included ...assumed meant for my whole group....I put in 1 adult and two kids and only two adults were covered). When I asked about clarification for the breakfast the staff was rude and said I should have called ahead...not their fault thati reserved online

First room was dirty, had hair in the shower. We received a room change and complementary breakfast, which is a very friendly solution. However, the walls of the room were super thin and we got woken up at 4am by the neighbours having a discussion. When we told the front desk about this, they shrugged it off

Shower was pretty but water was everywhere. Hot tub was in pictures but was closed. Looking at reviews it has been that way for a few years which I feel should be stated clearly
