You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe area of Utica around the hotel was very depressing. More than several blocks up Genesee street were buildings were boarded up. The parking lot although conveniently located was complicated with the ticket and validation procedure.
The convenience of restaurant for breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. There was an excellent restaurant nearby that was open even though it was Monday. It was conveniently located off the thruway north.

United States of AmericaOur entire floor, 3rd floor, and the 6th floor (we had friends on 6), smelled entirely of pot…know its legal now, but for those of us who don’t get high, the smell is DISGUSTING!!!!

United States of AmericaHotel has two elevators….ONLY ONE WAS OPERABLE. Very inconvenient. According to various staff members, the inoperable elevator has been this way for a long time. I’m not sure who is responsible for approving funds to schedule repairs such as this, but this is an everyday part of hotel operation. Enough said.

Did not eat in the hotel but we ordered room service and it was good. Our room only had 1 cup for the coffee, and there was no creamer. Not everyone drinks black coffee.
