The GPS took me to a parallel lane and I was unable to find the property. I called the person incharge, she didnt pickup the call. She never responded. I had to figure out the address myself late night. Also the restroom shower water was getting clogged. I called the same phone number for help, she didnt pickup the call, neither responded back.

Great condo and location. It is an easy walk to the beach and parking was easy. The condo was well equipped and I really liked having a nice walk-in shower. Much better than the standard step over shower/tub. Management was always friendly and prompt when asking questions. I highly recommend Rain Dancer!

We did not have any type of beach supplies. This was the ONLY draw back I experienced. Overall our stay was comfortable, quiet, close to the beach. I would very happy recommend Rain Dancer to my friends. And I would be very happy to return!

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The shower was OK. The TV’s did not work. One in the living room did not power up at all, the one in the bedroom had only streaming service. No problem though TV was a low priority

I tried to contact the owner on 4 different occasions and was unsuccessful everytime. master shower wouldn’t drain, there were no extra blankets for the air up mattress.

I loved the fact that we had all the comforts of home while on vacation! I was able to cook, which saved us money and I was able to keep up with my laundry so I didn't go home with a ton of laundry from vacation, which was amazing! We were within walking distance of the beach also, which my family loved.

A couple of kitchen counter electrical outlets non functional, no refrigerator light, otherwise it was a great stay.

The neighbors upstairs making so much noise in the morning for the first 2 days of our stay.

Didn't like that we had to restart wifi and sofa was broken so couldn't sit or pull out so son could sleep on it.

Poor communication. Contacting the host was slow and painfull. Dishwasher broke the whole time we were there.

only thing is they told me that one side of kitchen sink might give me issues and it did worse then we thought. I think that is something that shouldn’t happen and should be fixed as it was an inconvenience to have to wait for someone that they were not going to send that day. floor was wet and we needed to be there to clean it and then thanks goodness wait for someone and we were tied up for few hours and lost that time for the plans we had . over all they did well got it done!

location is great, clean, very nice & upgraded. super important to us is the beds, we travel all over and that is what lacks the most these week good not great great (like one you would choose for yourself) but so great for temporary stay. the best I’ve had at an air b nb . loved it !!!!
