First, there is no soundproofing on the walls at all, I stopped sleeping at 6 in the morning because the neighbors woke up and I could hear everything (shower, conversations, etc.), Second - ants in the bathroom. Last one - The cleaning lady started knocking on the door 5 minutes before 11 am (checkout time).

Great Location, clear check-in instructions, a free parking spot, nice Host. In the nearby area a lot of grocery stores and café.

Only stayed there for 1 night, so we didn't find anything we didn't like.

Location for getting to train station was super easy. Air con in the room. Comfy clean bed. Resourced kitchen. Communication with host was really good.

The property manager was not very responsive and I had to contact him several times to get the address and check in information. The floor wasn't clean, made our feet really dirty!

It was fine as long as the guest is looking for something informal with shared spaces and codes. We got the entrance codes a little later than I hoped but we had them a few hours before we arrive and they were clear.

The price was good for the Seattle area. This was just right since we needed a quick overnight.

Nothing, the property was very adequate.

The facilities were clearly labeled, e.g., which bedroom was which, lock instructions, where to park, etc. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, and the bathroom included basics (shampoo and condition, washcloths and towels). They even included a fan in the bedroom which was really nice, and the TV was easy to set up with Roku!

The map of the location should have indicated north and south and the exact location of the Othello station. We headed the wrong direction once off the train and had to hail a cab who couldn't find the exact location and just let us off on 40 ave.

There was no breakfast. I froze on the blowup but the others were ok on the bed. Very little room to move once the blowup was in place.

The area was a bit far out from the center of Seattle (pike place etc) but the train does bring you there, however if you are staying out late you will need to factor in the cost of and Uber/taxi back when the train finishes

Over all I had a great experience for what I was looking for. This is a guesthouse/hostel style hotel that provides separate rooms with shared spaces for cooking. It is within walking distance to the train and provides the essentials for a short stay. This is a space for cost conscious travelers.
