We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaProperty was very clean and inviting. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and seemed worn out with feeling of inner springs near the top surface. Other than that issue it was a lovely stay and we will return in the future.
Staff were amazing, front desk customer service was exceptional! Breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby was good.

Location is great just opposite to Crabtree mall, with lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Ambiance was great. Room was very spacious.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that could have made my stay a 10/10 would have been more options for vegetarian food on the menu and also less disposable serving ware. I ordered breakfast twice at the bar in order to get my meal and coffee on a plate and in a mug, instead of getting it at the mall across the street since that would come in disposable containers. But unfortunately, even though I specifically asked for the meals and coffee “for here” the toast came in a styrofoam container and the coffee came in a disposable cup. Even asking for a glass of water came in a plastic cup. I’m trying to be more environmentally conscious, so that was the only disappointment in my entire stay - everything else was perfect.
Absolutely fantastic facilities, staff, comfort, location, etc.

United States of AmericaI stayed with my two children (1 & 4) and my mom on Thanksgiving night after spending time with family. Check in went smoothly everyone was kind but the next morning I was woken up at 8am to someone knocking twice, pretty loudly, and then they opened the door! Which then woke up both of my children and my mom. Checkout wasn’t until 11 so that was frustrating to be woken up when I could have caught more sleep. Being a mom of little ones sleep is important, and being that we had a late night them getting the most sleep they could was what any parent would want. That would be my only complaint of our stay.
The property was very clean and pretty.

It was only 1 working .it was a bit much .. that weekend they had a lot going on a wedding , football team sheezzzz .. and there was a wait to check into my room .. I was compensated with free breakfast for the next morning along with complimentary snacks upstairs on the 6th floor while we waited for the room to be cleaned.
I loved that fact that it was close to shopping mall across the street .. couldn’t get no better then that .. along with the wait staff Sunday morning breakfast.. Heather was awesome hands down .. couldn’t ask for a better server then her .. very bubbly, and on task with everything we asked for and extra with giving us a great place to go to that we asked about !!!!

I initially booked a stay less than a mile away at the DoubleTree. When I walked into the hallway of my room, I could smell smoke and someone was having a party. The carpet looked dingy and there were people sitting outside at night. I immediately went to the front desk and canceled my stay. I drove a minute down the road to the Marriott and I realized I should have just booked a stay there. It was much better, cleaner, and quieter.

United States of AmericaI left a message at guest services after I checked out yesterday as I thought I had left my phone charger in the bathroom.. I wanted it sent to me and asked her to check. Never heard anything back!!!! Also, you need to better soundproof your rooms that have been changed from one large room to two. One of your employees knocked on our door at 2:00 a.m. because we were laughing. Apparently, the adjoining room could hear us laughing because the wall between us was not well soundproofed.
