I love the location of this hotel. It’s close enough to walk to the Disney resort. The complimentary breakfast is better than most.

The elevator interior could be updated, the floor is worn but the elevator is functional.

This maybe an older property but the rooms have been updated. We loved the large rooms of the queen suite, it gave my son a room to be in so the he could have quiet time and relax away from his sister (he’s on the autism spectrum). All the staff were super friendly!

I can’t say anything negative about the place or staff, it’s ok for a short stay, but if you’re looking for a hotel experience with all the amenities, simply look somewhere else.

Very basic breakfast enough to get you going, however bananas and oranges shouldn’t be missing! The room it was clean and big comfortable bed.

Staff were flexible with my delayed schedule. They followed up my concern urgently and were considerable to my random changes ahead with my schedule. Maintaining the bills as is I am happy to have stayed here.

Room neat, organized, smells clean. The space for multiple occupants has adequate space for a big family. The linens appear well washed and not a single stain was found. Bathroom is spacious, has a little tear on the floor but cleanliness was maintained, is neat, accessible to all occupants, Privacy is good. Food for breakfast is very satisfactory, served hot, options given on eggs served, although, minimal limited choices, the must haves for breakfast are served,

Affordable stay for a family in Anaheim. Close to Disneyland. The breakfast was small but good fresh quality. The hotel is older on the outside but the rooms are clean and modern and comfortable. Large space - great for families.

The room is huge! It has a small living room with television, in the room the bed is king size with a very comfortable mattress, the room is spacious, it has heating. The bathroom is also spacious which is appreciated.

The only thing is, the beds need more blankets, they're a little stiff, and the shampoo, conditioner dispensers are hard to push the product out. Plus, the quality of them, the shampoo and conditioner, they're a little harsh on the hair. They need more moisture or vitamins infused in the blend. Maybe find a better provider? The lotion dispenser too--it was too thin. It all dried my skin out profusely. I think the quality could maybe go up a bit for those things in the room.

I like how easy access it is with the ART bus, the size of the room, security of safety, and the friendly staff. The accomodations the staff does is really great and they're so friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here. Morning brekkie is an awesome option too 👌🏼

you can hear everything outside in the entry way when people would talk or walk by. There was no "seal" around the door per say.

I didn’t expect such well designed room, loved that the desk area has its own sofa area as well and that it’s separate from the bed. Nicely design, clean and very comfortable!

The construction was going on next to our room and above us. There was no closet or space to put our clothes. There was also damage to the room the floor had missing pieces or wasn't properly glued down, and the same thing happened in the bathroom. It looked like they were in the process of finishing up the remodel but hadn't fully finished. The TV in the "living" area wasn't connected or plugged in or accessible to plug in. Also, there was a charge for parking and not enough spaces for all guests to park when we returned from a day at Disneyland we ended up having to park two buildings away in extra spaces the hotel has at other properties for guests. If you are going to require your hotel guest to pay for parking there should be enough spaces to accommodate those guests. Due to this we had to cut our time short in the parks the next two days to make sure we had parking.

Toilet was lower than even our short toilet at home, it was also the loudest flushing toilet I have ever heard. All of the appliances were very noisy. Microwave too small for a big of popcorn. Elevator was slow. I didn’t like the sink being outside the bathroom.t

The staff, the size and cleanliness of the room. Shower was nice. Bed was good. I liked the two rooms with two TVs and the facility was close to everything we needed. Breakfast was good.

I didn’t care for the breakfast, other options like yogurt or more fruit options would be good. Also it closed relatively early (9) on Sunday.

There was no safe in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good. The location was also great, you could easily take the bus to Disneyland or walk the 25 min to get there.

- outside was outdated , could be remodeled - walls were thin. We could hear everything but we were so exhausted we passed out - parking was tight but doable - door didn’t feel secure, it didn’t lock correctly - shower pressure was low, toilet moved - no nice view but we were at Disney so it didn’t matter to us but if you like a nice view this isn’t your place - elevator was janky

-close to Disneyland , not waking distance but close to the park and lots of stuff like gas station, food, mini market, restaurants - staff were so nice and polite . They went above and beyond checking in to make sure we were okay - nice breakfast . Simple but it was so satisfying before a day at disneyland - was clean ! No bed bugs, smoke smell and the shower felt clean. I still cleaned it but that’s cus I’m like that lol - modern shower , nice glass door that wasn’t full of scum - ac was nice , had a modern thermostat and we could control the temp - tile flooring , no gross carpet - good seating area , good tv selection and even a desk if you needed to work between Disney trips - felt comfortable after a long day

It got a bit noisy at times but was never woken up in the middle of the night. I was able to sleep through it. Others who are sensitive to noise might notice a few things but after midnight it's pretty much silent. The shower was only "warm" at max heat. It can never be too hot, but the max temp was enough to be warm at least.

The location was great, and loved the fact that it was an actual suit with a living room area. Not that I used it at all 'cause I was at Disneyland 12+ hours a day. I just slept and left in the morning each day! The bed was comfy, and the staff were awesome. Breakfast was decent.
