The rooms was not clean and we found dirty underwear and cloths from a former guest. The room door had problems with locking and there was roaches in the room and the headboard of the bed was falling off the wall. The towels in the bathroom was dirty. I have pictures of everything.

Curtains were stained, paint peeling, room smelled of large amount of disinfectant, tub had deep chips in it, ceiling damaged in bathroom from leak above, bed cover was stained, bed sheets were stained, chair seat was worn, windows were filthy. Many residents are on monthly basis.

i slept on top of the blankets, not under because the linen was not clean, the bathtub and shower i did not use because it had some debris about it, had to request towel and wash cloth, no trash can, mold, need painting

We were promised a pool that was closed despite us getting there on August 22. We were promised breakfast that was not available (we had to ask the staff and they didn't volunteer this information to us when we arrived). Two of us stayed in a room but only one large towel to bath/shower was in the room (we had to go to reception to get another towel)

Double beds one squeaked the other was sitting up from the bottom. Dirty wash cloth still hangin on the shower. Iron marks in the carpet. Dirty chair. Refrigerator was dirty. Next ext to me had people hanging outside loud talking through the next morning. They can do better. The tub shower curtains where dirty

we came in town for an anniversary birthday and instead of driving back to NY we chose your establishment-the covers had cigarette burns, tub was dirty, refrigerator was filthy and was clothes had stains on them we couldn’t take showers had to go to target! very disappointed

I definitely got what I paid for!!! The room looked like it got spot cleaned at best. The walls was peeling paint and before I could even try to lay down I had to disinfect the whole room especially the bed. I was scared to stay in there because it screamed infection, STD, and dirty motel it was mediocre and they should be ashamed of how what they are selling to people. I would not recommend to any of my friends.

Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower curtains not hung properly and didn’t fully close. Toilet is from 1970s; not made for regular size adults. Clock on nightstand was broken; just throw it out—no one needs it. Curtains to outside windows also didn’t close properly. In general room and furnishings were dated, but bed was not uncomfortable.

I needed a place to sleep for one night while visiting a nephew who lives nearby. Most important factor was cost. I wanted low price, with decent bed and no safety issue. I got that. Plenty wrong with the room, but not unexpected based on what I paid.
