It was nothing wrong with the travels. It was just that the condition of the hotel itself Do not have enough Clean towel & beding spends pillow cases.

It was bedbug infested and the hotel smelled real old I had to buy a vacuum cleaneri. Had to bring my own air purifier, so my daughter & I could breathe good.

Customer service. I paid my money no one should come knock me up at 10:30 when 11 o’clock was suppose to me my check out.

The place was clean but the customer service was very bad. My check out time was suppose to be at 11 o’clock and they starting knocking on the door 10:30 I was so pissed, I will never go back to that hotel again, I felt so uncomfortable and what hurt me the most is that i wanted to stay an extra 4 hours to wait on my drive and the man was insist i pay another $190, never again, the lady even buss the door opened while I was naked and tryna get dress 😠

The bed was halfway broken or sunken in. The hallways needed to be deeply cleaned. The evening/Day manager was rude. Half the pillows were unusable or just downright beaten down. Ice machines were down or dirty. No ice tray in the room. Shower curtain rack in bathroom was hanging barely.

The location was ok for what we needed.

Stay was very uncomfortable, Personally I do not recommended and it was not value for money. There is no facilities and you can't expect any feel good factor.

I've worked in a hotel before. I always strip the beds on my way out to ensure the rooms have to be remade. We were so exhausted when we checked in, we crashed as soon as we got in. The things I noticed this morning: 1. Insects of some kind crawling around the outside of the fridge and in the bath tub/shower 2. Insects squished dead on the wall with the TV 3. Hair on the shower walls (not mine) 4. Hair in the bathroom sink 5. Grease smear residue of some kind on almost every surface When I turned out my and my brothers bed this morning we found a pair of earrings & panties in his bed & crumbs of I don't know what in mine. Clearly, whom ever cleaned this room last did less than the bare minimum cleaning, worst of all, they obviously didn't change the sheets. I showered & don't feel clean

It was dirty, the whole place smelled like Marijuana! My kids kept asking what the smell was every time we walked into a hall, which wasn’t anymore then getting there and leaving. There was garbage outside the rooms stacked up the walls in every hallway. The sheets and pillows were dirty. When I went to see if there was anything to eat in the morning there were people at the front desk talking about the US Marshall’s hitting the place in that week for someone who lives there!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was our last minute last option with three kids and no where else to go otherwise we would have cut our losses and left!
