When we checked in we found old food from the last guest in the refrigerator. Housekeeping never went in my room while I was there, I had to go get bathroom supplies from the front desk because my room was not cleaned or stocked at anytime in my 3 night stay..

The girl at the counter was very professional and polite Everytime I spoke with her.

Our seats at the dining table were wobbly and one of the seats was completely unattached from the legs.

It is a beautiful set up and plenty of room for a family. Bathroom looks incredible. Has 2 TVs in the suite, 1 in bedroom and one in the sitting area. Love it that they have a dining counter as well to sit down to eat. Front desk is friendly and welcoming. Bedroom and sitting rooms look modern and clean.

Butter and yogurt left in the fridge and chips left in the cabinets from previous guests, the only trash can in the room was in the bathroom, if you are in 204 sometimes you can hear the drive thru speaker from Starbucks

No trash cans for kitchen area. No place to put your clothes. No place to put your suitcases. I do not think they are finished with the remodeling.. Hallways were pretty dirty.

Just the matress was a little soft. The rest was good.

The room was very big with a kitchen all equipped, refurbished and comfy. The breakfast was good, just the necessary. Hotel is near Starbucks, Target, Walmart, Red Lobster and other conviniences.

It looked to be remodeled but cheaply. The floors were not clean. After about an hour of the kids running around barefoot the bottoms of their feet were black. When I brought it to the attention of staff she just simply said “ I was in the room when they mopped the floor”. I just said pictures don’t lie and a swiffer isn’t mopping.

I had communicated with staff earlier the day of check in told them I would be late however when I paid was heading to room was told it was only one bed when I booked and paid for two beds I had to then go find another hotel and ended up paying double the amount

Customer safety didn't seem to be a concern to owner as we were on ground floor and one of the windows was held together with electrical tape, there was no way to secure windows we felt uncomfortable and put bar stools in front of window in case someone tried to get in. we mentioned it to manager and she said owner was aware...couch had large hole in it, kitchen was filthy bathroom was ok but found dirty facecloth in cupboard, we understand it is difficult to get good help but that should not be an excuse. Surprised this property is part of the Wyndham group.

The manager Carlie was exceptional, we had issues and she took care of what she could. Bed was comfortable.

The room was just gross. The floors had stains, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, the couch was extremely stained and nasty. The beds were hard with one single tiny pillow. The whole room smelled like weed and alcohol and the bathroom smelled like mold/mildew. The room is big and spacious but I would never stay again.

The workers were very kind and no issue with the facility and good location. The gazebo outside is gorgeous.
