Lots of wear and tear. Interior doors badly needed painting. Bathroom toilet caulk needed replacing. Shower fixtures needed cleaning. Lamps needed brighter bulbs.

Stained furniture that you didn't even want to sit on. Shady people hanging around in the hallways. Box springs that squealed and moved and felt like they would break at any moment and the most stiffest sheets and blanket ever. Dirty floors behind bathroom doors . Nasty shower head . For a whyndam property I was shocked.

We didn’t have a microwave in our room, our remote control didn’t work. The walls were peeling and the decor pillows that they put on the beds were nasty!

Minimal breakfast. Facility was lacking in cleanliness, bad oder in room. Paint in bathroom coming off! Worst bed on 2 week trip! The only good thing was that it was in vicinity of the Grand Old Oprey and some good restaurants!

I booked connected rooms for me and my kids I didnt get what I paid for I came to swim for my daughter birthday with her friends but it was under construction which was not mentioned in the booking site I booked 2 rooms on feb.18th for March 2-3rd nobody tried to reach out and let _Me Know about the Changes they gave me two se prate rooms that was not Connected Like I paid so I was Uncomfortable because of my daughter being far from me the internet kept going out so we had to use our hotspot on our phone I kept getting locked out the rooms because battery was dead meaning the door lock was bdead worse birthday ever for my daughter I really want my money back so bad I could take my daughter somewhere fun or swimming because this was disappointing to my daughter she cried on her birthday because she couldn't swim which was out of my control /

The first room smelled very strongly of bleach and we could not tolerate it so the clerk moved us to a suite for the same price. This room was much better. The wifi was good the first night but next morning I got NOTHING. Called the front desk and he said it was off and on but Comcast would not improve it. The bathroom was very small, especially the sink area...no space for much on the counter top, They could have taken part of the nice living area and made a larger bathroom.

The suite was comfortable and we appreciated the upgrade. Nice bed and being at the end of the hall it was fairly quiet. We thought the name change might mean improvements but the halls still looked quite old and in need of a remodel.

Worn out hotel needs lots of repairs. Undesirable odors. We are Members and have Stayed in many Wyndham accommodations and was surprised they have their name on this place.

Staff was pleasant and made our stay enjoyable even though the hotel is run down. The location suited our purpose and that's main reason we booked this place.

Lack of care to the property. Every single door had chipped paint and while things were sufficiently clean there was a lot that made it feel less so.

The bed was not good at all. The mattress seemed to be worn out. The wall by the bathroom had holes in it and the door into the bath area looked like a dog had nearly scratched its way through it.

It was very limited in choices.

The continental breakfast was terrible. I mean, the selection was only: white bread, butter, oatmeal, cereal, tangerine, and juice. It was very poor, and I would not pay for it if I knew it will be like that. The coffee was not available for breakfast , just after breakfast. The second morning, we not even bothered to go down. Maybe because the hotel was empty, hardly see anyone, they did not bother to put out breakfast, but it is not the way to say continental breakfast, and is not even a simple breakfast.

Location was good, and the place was empty , I liked that , since it was quite.

The hotel needed maintenance and a bit of TLC, if your from Britain think Travelodge and we wont be disapointed.

The location of the hotel was ideal for the area we needed to be in, Parking was available near the front doors which was nice,
