The room I stayed in was kind of dirty. Bed skirt on one bed was very stained / dirty. I had my 8 month old daughter & she found something on the floor that was green & ate it. Luckily I caught it fast enough & she didn’t get sick.

Very pretty , quiet area. The gentlemen at the front was more than accommodating in my situation , very patient & kind. I was a little distraught , & he comforted me & got me coffee. He was a light for me in such a dark situation.

I had to switch rooms because the AC’s of the 2 rooms didn’t work and it was very hot inside the rooms. Also a lot of inside lights and lamps were broken so the room wasn’t as bright as I wanted it to. Also, the toilet paper in the bathroom was already used, it’s not new 🥲

Location is very safe! I accidentally forgot to roll one of my car windows back up, I only saw it after checkout, but the car is still intact and all my things are still in the back seat! Nobody tried breaking into my car 🙏🏻

There was a lot of wear and tear in the room. Damaged lampshades, missing light bulbs, ripped drapes, damaged doors, etc. The water was shut off for a brief time. The bedroom clock did not work

We got there early, staff said they would get our room ready ( no one was in the room the night before) but they did not let us in until 30 min after check in time. Very disappointed with them. We have a group that comes and we have rooms next to each other. They came the day before.

The entire place is completely dated and felt like we stepped back into the mid-90s. All of the lamps are very old. There's no USB ports anywhere. There was two different cable services from the living room to the bedroom. Certain rooms have sofa sleepers but they are unsure of which rooms but they did provide a rollaway bed and the whole place was having trouble with the air conditioning

Furnishings were very dated. Wifi was weak and we had to pack up everything and switch rooms to be better located in the property. Staff were helpful.

The room charges were a great deal more than was shown on the website. Customer services would not make an adjustment, telling me I had no proof of the rate I expected.

I would have liked to see them keep more of the vintage look such as the phones that used to be in the lobby.

The hotel has a vintage and classic look that I admire. It's very nice and comfortable. Could use a refresher but other than that we had a wonderful stay. .

I had to be switches rooms for ac in room didn't work and room was very dirty , 2nd room ac still didn't work and slightly cleaner ,had maintenance up 2 no still ac didn't work requested he come back up but never showed. Lastly in bathroom and a cockroach strolled across the counter in bathroom gross.

There was wallpaper peeling off in our room in multiple places, the wifi didn't reach out room very well, chips and dents in multiple pieces of furniture, and also our side table lights and the clock weren't even plugged in because there wasn't a plug nearby, lighting options could have been better
