The beds were dirty (the sheets are stains and hairs) when I went to the front desk tchange rooms they told me they don’t make room changes (apparently they don’t make clean bed either) they gave me lean sheets and I had to make the bed. The towels were also used 🤢 there wasn’t any soaps or shampoos like the website shows! Very disappointed.. and for a nonsmoking rooms it really smelled like cigarettes

The staff member at the front desk was somewhat rude and dismissive. The first room we got put into wasn’t wheelchair friendly despite the promise of such originally and we were told we couldn’t have one that was. The room stunk in a way I will never forget and caused me to heave over so aggressively I nearly vomited on sight. Our disabled friend couldn’t make the stairs so we went back to the front desk and he very rudely gave us a proper first floor room that “wasn’t available” and this one thankfully stunk less. The breakfast costing 10$ per person when only 3 things are actually edible was disappointing. Some of the food tasted how my original room smelled but what was good was amazing.

The pool was amazing, but frankly the only redeemable quality. The breakfast cost more than it was worth but some of the food was good, especially the bacon.

Very outdated… rooms were so humid inside the floor was damp… our toilet was running the entire time.. the fan and hot water didn’t work… no toilet paper or tissues in the room…they tried to charge me although i had already paid and I had to show them my bank statement to prove it…

Good location… most of the staff was nice! We asked for housekeeping one day in the 4 we stayed and they never came so we had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and tissues.

The shower was dirty and the front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. He also did not tell us that we were being charged an extra $100 for a deposit for the room when we checked in. I had to go back and ask why I was charged extra. He should have told me when we checked in. The pool is need of renovation. We were told by the staff at the restaurant that the hotel and restaurant is closing next month.

The restaurant Fusion was excellent the staff was assume at the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable

The under sink area was worn wood, very tacky looking. Bathroom door also. The tub grout was either moldy or rusty. The tub had hair.

No elevator!!! The jacuzzi had hairs floating all around in it & the water was yellow as if someone had urinated in it (all 3 days we checked it). It was as if no one was cleaning it. Our rooms shower/tub & sink had a SLOW drain.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood. I will give kudos to their event coordinator, Misty White. She was kind enough to arrange some surprise items in our room (champagne, chocolates, a flower, candle) since my wife & I were there on our anniversary trip.

I thought everyone was nice and knowledgeable but we stayed 3 nights and we never had a room clean. When we checked out we were charged $10 extra I assume because we had a lot of trash because nobody came into our room at all and we made sure to have the do not disturb sign inside the door.

The facilities were dated. The dresser mirror was broke and held together with clear tape; the dresser door was broken off of its sliding mechanism. The AC door was broken. The toilet flush mechanism did not work well.

Staff was friendly and very responsive (I.e. when I lost my key, they were able to make a new one immediately, they were available even when I arrived late at night)

Door lock didn’t latch without having to slam it firmly several times (it gave me an insecure feeling). Dirt was caking up around door frame near the floor. Some towels had holes in them. carpeting was threadbare in spots. Coffee maker didn’t have sugar/creamer beside it.
