Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room needed major updating. The vinyl head board was drastically torn and looked bad.
The location was not what was expected but it was fine. The bedding seemed clean and bed was comfortable.

Rooms are quite old - carpets looked dirty, smudges on furniture.
Good location - short walk to transport and restaurants and the busy centre of Flushing. Lovely staff. Basic breakfast included (continental and Chinese options) which was a great option if you prefer to eat in.

Room to small for 3 people.
Location was convenient, due to our late arrival to JFK. It took around 25 min by Lyft ride. Subway stanion nearby. Room clean with standard amenities. View from room amazing. Breakfast very simple but sufficient. Staff at the front desk very helpful.

Breakfast with paper plates and plastic forks felt poor. Food was not diverse enough. The room was very crowded., no safe, bathroom soap and shampoo felt too small and low quality.

Breakfast needs more variety. More fruits and veg. The gym equipment needs repairs. Only 1 bike was working.

Hardest bed I’ve ever had. Curtains draped over the air conditioner - do you want dark or cooling? Not even a chair to sit on. Only one teeny, tiny bar of soap. Just not a comfortable place

The furnishings need to be upgraded. The headboard was peeling away and the pillows were flat. The price was comparable to other hotels nearby, but it was not nearly as nice.

Nothing much
Overall our stay was good. Stuff were cooperative and hotel was clean. We couldn’t find halal food near by we ordered via Uber eat . Near to airport and walking distance to subway.

Inconvenience of not having any water one full day!
The staff at the front desk including the manager was amazing! Even through a water shortage they were willing to cancel our reservation for free, instead we booked a few more days instead! The breakfast was. Pleasant as well as the friendly breakfast attendant!

The leaflet about Ramadas green policy in my room, conflicting with the reality of their throwaway breakfast buffet, with mountains of plastic forks, spoons, plates and cups etc going out with the trash and into landfill every morning. That's not green, that's creating toxic pollution. Breakfast a bit lacking in variety. Some fresh fruit, yoghurt would be nice.
Handy for the 7 into Manhattan, the area was cool, with all the Asian eateries and shops. Staff were polite and pleasant. Amazing view of Manhattan from our room. Efficient maid service. Perfectly clean and comfortable and easily accessible for Manhattan/Long Island by Metro. Felt safe at night and I enjoyed the vibe of the area.

There were a few things that could be fixed to make it better Adding a mirror in the room along with the one in the bathroom. Adding more lighting in the room along with the little desk lamp in between the beds.Many hotels have small frigs. And microwaves in the rooms for added conveniences which is nice. Our room (204) had. no exhaust fan in the bathroom. these caused a lot of inconveniences dressing to go out.The breakfast was disappointing. Some waffles and fresh fruit are not expensive to have. and would make a great addition to your breakfast.menu. We did have a pleasant stay in spite of these things...We would definitely come back and would still recommend Ramada to our friends
The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good. The staff was very friendly The room was very clean.So was the whole hotel. When we walked in it smelled clean. These things made a great impression on us. It made our stay enjoyable.

The TV didnt work. The wifi disconnected every few minutes - very annoying. Breakfast was included in our package - Paper plates and cups as well as plastic cutlery were used - very wasteful.
Location was in China town - excellent food at a quarter of the price of in the city. Breakfast was included in our package - there was plenty of selection and tasted great. Staff were kind and helpful.

Needs more cleanliness. A fridge in the room would be great. Also, I had requested early check-in. The reply was quite encouraging: they'd accommodate based on availability. When I reached I was told no availability. Moments later, I was told I could check in by paying extra 30$/room.
Local train station within walking distance. Breakfast was great.
