The air conditioner was very loud & the bathtub was slippery. The breakfast bacon was inedible. On Saturday the jets in the hot tub were very weak.

Hotel is the right size, only 2 floors. Comfortable beds & different types of pillows. Choose your hotel because of the pool. The facial and massage were very nice and relaxing.

We have 3 smaller children and they put us on the 2nd floor. Of course they were excited and jumping around and of course we had 2 people tell management we were to loud (it was nothing crazy loud).. so if people have kids, try and put them on the 1st floor to avoid such issue.

The room was clean, and bigger then expected. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! The breakfast buffet was really good ( need bigger area for seating). Staff was helpful and polite. Will return again

They have a bar downstairs and let drunk people scream in the lobby until 2am which was not great. Granted our room was right by the elevator but I’m 7 months pregnant and couldn’t sleep. Those people were so loud and slammed their doors after all the screaming it was horrible. I figured they would tell them to quiet down but no I just ended up turning the tv up. The shower was also really difficult to turn on, it kept splitting between the shower head and the faucet.

Newly renovated and was a really nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was clean.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel itself. I walked into the spa area, and the woman never acknowledged me. She was talking to her friend. I stood in there for about ten minutes before I just left.

The staff was very nice. They upgraded our room for free ❤️❤️.. Great breakfast options.

Was told they had busing on the hour for shopping through Jo Davies county during the day time and shuttle services for at night (private) when we arrived and prior to booking but on Saturday morning when we went to the desk to ask when the next bus arrived was informed they had no such thing just a shuttle service that they had for night which cost us $63.00 round trip for a five minute ride for six of us. For the breakfast they were out of stuff by 8:30 AM (hash browns, drinks other than milk and coffee) and garbage was overflowing and dirty dishes were stacked up on counter top because bins were full. Only 3 sets of towels per room for the weekend, and had to ask for a row of tp. Bed had side spring of the mattress sticking out but which poked in the leg when you sat on the bed. The beds were comfortable though. Wished the hot tub area was open later for adults. Did not like that I received no receipt for my stay.

Mattresses in room 114 or extremely uncomfortable

Me and my Sisters love how it feels like home. We hung out in the beautiful lobby early in the AM. The front desk employee turned on the fireplace and we kicked off our slippers and enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, cozy couch and a warm fireplace. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean and free of any repair. The only problem we had with our stay was the mattress in our room (114) was absolutely horrible. We all woke up with backaches.. we brought in a rolling bed because there were five in our party and that was more comfortable than what we stayed on. Overall, we thought the hotel was awesome, the employees were all great and breakfast was good .

The beds were very hard so we didn't rest well. They could be cleaner. I spilled water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up the cloth was dirty. They were busy so maybe that was the issue.

Location was great. The staff was amazingly helpful and so very nice. And the pool and hot tub area were very nice.
