Beds where ok to not the best. But all motels are like that. A little dated but clean.

Outside amenities where great. Put-put, volleyball, 2 pools, 2 pool tables, large chess set, and outside video screen that played movies after dark and small game room. Staff was amazing. If I ask they got it quickly

Our phone did not work. It was reported first day and never fixed. Could not set the minutes on the bedside clock. The carpet is very old and of questionable cleanliness. Ironing board legs fell off, as bolt was missing.

Staff very nice, always pleasant especially the cleaning staff. The restaurants available were good variety.

Bathroom was not the cleanest. Found hair that didn't belong to me in the shower but unfortunately did not notice until very late at night. Also had a bug that I squished and the plaster from the ceiling was falling.

Getting to the location was tricky, but leaving was easy. Lots of parking. Good location to Walmart and restaurants

I didn’t find the staff particularly friendly or helpful.

The room was clean but the bathroom taps were dripping and the fridge temperature was not working properly. The beds were comfortable. The view towards Disney World was cool. I liked the pool and out door area. There were two restaurants. Also very convenient to the Walmart and lots of restaurants and shops. I would recommend it for a family visiting a range of Orlando amusement parks. The free car parking was very convenient for us.

A little update but does the work for the price

When they said that there is a free shuttle bus to Disneyworld and Universal, well they do, however, the pick-up time is bad. There is only one bus for the day and the pick-up time is after the parks open the return bus is before the park closes. So we ended up using Uber every day. If you plan on using their free shuttle bus, it only works if you go to Universal because the bus pick-up is at 7:10 AM, but you will need Uber for return because the return bus is before the park even closes. There are only about two outlets and they are hard to reach. One that is reachable is loose and far from a bed so if you don't have a long cable your phone will be out of reach. I have to unplug the alarm clock to use that outlet to charge my phone. The music from the courtyard was very loud and on for hours even past 10 PM. I had to call the front desk and it still took them more than 10 minutes to turn it off. It was very annoying when you had a long tired day and trying hard to get some rest for tomorrow. Another time I got woken up from the construction noise around 5 AM. I wish knew that there would be a construction before I book or when I check in. Or better yet the construction start later when people are awake like 7 or 8.

The room is good. Only one mirror in the bathroom, wish there was another one outside so we are not all cramped up in front of the only mirror in the room. Good thing the mirror was big. I like that there are multiple trash cans. The hairdryer was not working, and I had to call to get a replacement(they were quick though).

Plug near dresser only had one outlet so we had to put the coffee machine on the floor. Bathroom light extremely dim, not really good at all. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it could bed for sure.

The location was excellent. Walmart was close and there was any type of food you could possibly want within 10 minutes of the hotel.

The place it’s self was nice. However I thought we’d be in the big hotel. We were in kind of motel part. 2 floors. The AC went out. The phone didn’t work at all. Had to move the coffee maker in the bathroom cause the outlet didn’t keep the plug in for connection. The beds were made but with the same sheets so sand was still on the sheets. The body soap was all gone and not refilled. The toilet was stopped up. They had to fix that. The man was nice that fixed everything. It was fixed with in 30 minutes. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. Other then that the hotel itself was Beautiful. They had everything. Basketball court volleyball court part but arcade room two pools heated a gym, pool tables a huge chess game on the ground. Wish there was a Jacuzzi and steam room but for the price and location you couldn’t beat it. If I had to go to Orlando again I would stay there.

The rooms need slight updating, curtains were thread bare (some holes)....some outlets do not work....just basic upgrades, nothing to lose sleep over.

It was quiet and comfortable. Close to the theme parks and convenient.

when we first arrived, the hotel was experiencing a broken water line. We were given a room in an older section of the hotel, it had a musty smell, the air conditioner was not on and the room was very humid.

The second room we got was quite comfortable and clean
