We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The only problematic thing is breakfast - bad even for american standards - old pastries, poor choice, nothing warm. Oh, and the lady at the check in could be a bit more enthusiastic :-D
Average hotel, clean, and good value for this area and time. A bit dated decor, but very well maintained, and very clean. Quiet area, close to the highway, if that matters to anyone.

United States of AmericaThere is a policy that welcomes pets. We like animals. There were two people with three dogs. A man with an aggressive dog did not have good control of his dog. This all took place in the lobby. Dog was distracted by another dog, and turned toward us(my wife, my niece and myself), and we were afraid! This was totally inappropriate for the setting and the safety of the guests! There were staff standing by the dog owners, and did nothing to intervene! We will not be returning. R. Dekker

And milk in individual containers verses pouring it into a cup which I was told it was for cereal not to drink. For a $311 room they could have given eggs bacon/sausage potatoes etc as most POST COVID hotels DO!!!!! OH ya Milk to DRINK!!!! Never again

United States of Americabroken window. room 107 was right next to the elevator the first room in the hallway. It was very loud we could hear everybody laughing and joking up until about two in the morning. Our room temperature was not very well regulated due to the broken window. I booked online. I made sure all my filters were there and I even verify before I hit pay. I needed a two bed bed handicap accessible when I got there. She said they had no two bad handicap accessible. They only had one and this was after we went to our room and seen that there was only one queen bed when I went back to tell her no I booked a two queen bed handicapped accessible. She got irritated and put us in room 107, which was the loudest room I believe she had and it was not handicapped accessible. She said they didn’t have any but the reservation confirmed they did.
