The bathtub had a permanent ring around it, no hangers, tv channels. Wanted to take a bath, settled for a shower, and wasted my Lysol, The tub didn't come clean.

Never got to check in...can't say....I think that what happened with my BOOKING.COM reservation is that the front desk did some quick market price sales and did not want to honor my reservation because there was a GUN SHOW at Timonium Fairgrounds and the, rather weird bunch of TRUMPITES (mostly) were paying over $250 a room that night and soooooo, they did not honor my Booking.com reservation I had made SIX WEEKS IN ADVANCE. I have since been reimbursed by Booking.com, but given that I had to drive over 75 miles home on a dark and rainy March night....RAMADA IS LUCKY that I did not wreck or we'd be in court big time, man. This ain't Texas or Florida, this is Maryland and we take NO PRISONERS...y'all way lucky, yo. ken

I did have one major problem, which was the very pushy and invasive cleaner. I stayed for 4 nights (as did some family friends in another room), and we all had a bad experience with the cleaner. Asides from viewing our 'do not disturb' signs as a vague suggestion and letting herself into the rooms while we were in there anyway, she was also very pushy - repeatedly asking for a 'big tip'. One one day, I had about three interactions with her - the first of which being when she peered in through the maybe 4 or 5 inch gap where I had left the curtain slightly open, to find me lying in bed in my pants. Maybe half an hour later she was knocking on the door again asking if I needed more coffee sachets or towels, and it was very difficult to tell her no - she stayed firmly in the doorway for quite some time and I'm honestly not sure why. Again, maybe another half hour later, she peered in through the now completely open curtains and asked me through the glass if she could come in to change the bins - which I did not need, and again it was quite difficult to convince her of this, and she walked away very slowly all while still looking into the room which made me very uncomfortable. Honestly her presence just felt quite invasive and my friends in another room especially felt extremely pressured into tipping her. They did, at one point, decide to complain at reception about the cleaner, and were told 'the manager isn't here today, no complaints today', but the receptionist also couldn't give them a straight answer about when the manager would be here. At the same time, they also tried to complain about the WiFi (if was basically non existent, and worked for probably a total of an hour during our whole stay), and the receptionist told us that we could 'call the hotline' if we wanted. I would have thought that communicating with the hotel's broadband supplier to fix it should be the hotel staff's job?

Rooms were comfortable and sort of what you'd expect for the price.

There was not anything specifically that I did not like.

I viewed it as a complete standard continental breakfast. The food was fresh and the room was clean. The location is just to close to a main road for my liking but the location is convenient to me.

It was run down, the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like and I killed 2 random bugs that were in my room over my 2 day stay. Wouldn't stay here again!

The pool was dirty, the room I was in I spotted two roaches  the bathroom was small, and the tissue roll was in the wrong place plus they had false advertisement saying they had free breakfast and they did not, and we’re not willing to accommodate you or give you a discount for false advertisement. I booked this hotel weeks or months in advance. They have plenty of time to take down the first advertisement on the website

what I didn’t like was there was it unafraid some towels for a couple? Also, it’s hot it’s summer. The pool was in good condition, but wasn’t clean and outs of service.

What I liked about the property is that there was a Refrigerator and microwave also there was a pool. The pool was fix that would be my go to.

The toilet kept running, the water pressure in the shower was very low, hot water wasn't hot, the bathroom door was broken and would not close properly then got stuck. the advertised breakfast was not provided, the electrical socket in the wall was loose, the ice machine didn't provide ice, staff was not available at check out time, there was a homeless person sleeping in the vending machine room, was refused coffee packets.
