I was very upset that the pool and hot tub were STILL CLOSED! When I book my reservation it was stated that they would reopen on April 27. Which was the day of our arrival. The main reason I booked with this hotel was for that reason to be able to enjoy pool and hot tub. Even though I did reserve the king suite which had spa bath in room . I still wasn’t able to enjoy at all. I won’t stay here ever again for this simple fact that could have been prevented!!

The guy at the front desk was very nice and was able to let us check in an hour early which was awesome because i was so tired!!

The pool and hot tub was broke. Didn’t have anything for breakfast as it said they would have. The front desk person was never at the front had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.

The ice machine was not working . I called the front desk to ask about breakfast because the clerk that checked us in didn’t mention it, the person that answered hung up on me. There was a wash cloth jammed into a hole in the shower.

Indoor pool not working. This was the only reason we chose this place was because of an indoor pool for granddaughter traveling with us. Breakfast poor. Comforter on bed one bed was noticeably stained in several places. First thing we saw when we walked in the room. I took it off. Cola can under the bed. Not the best cleaning.

The bed was horrible. It was so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. Fine if you're staying only one night like us but not for longer. And even though it advertised an indoor pool that was open, I was told it was closed for winter. I'm assuming it's probably not heated then, no real loss for us but the kids had been excited about swimming.

Room was nice and clean. The check in and out went quick and smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet was clogged upon our first flush, we found previous customers dirty items, the shower curtain rod was broken, the bed was not comfortable, the mini fridge was dirty, there was no hand soap provided, the blinds were broken where we could not lift them, the walls were really thin as we could hear our neighbors tv, the ice machine was broken, the indoor pool was not open, and the door handle on the outside was broken.

They had a smart tv hooked to the wifi, so we were able to watch shows we wanted before bed. The spa tub was nice. The front desk guy was nice.

We didn't hardly have any hot water in the shower. We were in room 105 and the pool was out of order.

Shower was not very hot. There was slime or mold at the hot tub entrance. Got a chemical burn from the hot tub. Maybe too much bleach??

I liked the attendant at the front desk. Very helpful. Gave us extra towels when we were at the pool. Very convenient location.

The shower didn’t get very hot. The hot tub was the same way. We noticed big black spots around the pool and hot tub and thought it looked like mildew/mold.

They had different options for breakfast such as muffins, oatmeal, microwave sausage biscuits. Saw reviews about “bed bugs” but we checked everything and didn’t see any bugs anywhere. Slept great. Air/Heat worked great.

Close drive to the town. Decent walk if it was in the warmer months. Has a couple restaurants next door.

The continental breakfast was underwhelming. The pool area was dirty and it wasn’t heated in the season of winter. Staff said heater broke a couple days prior.

A few things needed a little work like shower curtain falling. Small details. I didn’t like that. The app did not tell you about the front desk closing at midnight until after you book it. After you book it when you know you won’t get there in time and yet will not let you cancel is a big problem with me.
