It was so noisy, I got woken up in all hours of the night and morning. The air was not working it was stuffy and hot.

The size of the bed was great and the size of the room was awesome.

Room was comfy but sticky all over carpet and when I asked housekeeping she said nothing she can do (owner came himself with rug doctor when I said I was not extending) plus side is carpets are being replaced soon in remodel, charged me double deposit because I booked through app when I extended

Convenient to I-20. Looks sketchy but I traveled alone and stayed here by myself the first time. The second time I had my kids and we all felt safe.

Cleanliness of bedding and all 5 rooms was a bit under par

The front desk staff were amazing. I booked 5 rooms for that weekend and booked online with a credit card then ultimately paid cash for all rooms. I thought there would be drama but they made it so very easy. We had a sudden death in our family and we were in town for the funeral. The rooms were ready before the 3pm check in time and they let me check into all 5 rooms a early. My only issue was the rooms could be a little cleaner. The bedding especially. It is an older hotel but still in pretty decent shape it just needs updated a bit and cleaned better. Overall though it was a good experience for all of my family in all 5 rooms.

Our toilet kept backing up so we kept a plunger in the room but I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Room was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff were all great as well!

It was a little dirty. They are doing renovations which caused a few problems for us with drop cords left outside where people park. We were not in a room that had been renovated. Being right at interstate was a huge problem with exit beside hotel, and we were on that end. The corners of the vanity had not been cleaned in a while, and toilet ran off and on which increasingly got worse, running off and on every few seconds. This was after changing rooms, since first room had a toilet leaking from bottom onto floor. With next room 2 nights before we left, I did not sleep at all, between interstate noise and running toilet, off and on all night. Ready to leave when stay was over. Obvious that whole hotel needs renovation and plumber. A second maid staff might be appropriate, as well.I saw a gentleman get bedsheets, but I do not think he did any cleaning.

The room was very clean upon arrival. Loved being able to pull right up to the room! The bathroom was also clean and stocked with appropriate supplies. Check in was easy and the person at the front desk was extremely friendly! Convenient location of i20 along with restaurants in the area. We will stay there again!!
