That there was no entry from the back of the building, had to walk to the front to get back in which was a walk.

There was a couple long hairs on the shower curtain. There was no breakfast at all, just coffee which was not hot at all. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken.

The bed was comfy and the water in the shower was hot. The price for the room was decent. I dont think the place was worth any more.

The breakfast was a juice box, a muffin in a cellophane package and some other item. The room walls were pockmarked with nail holes and screw were protruding in many places; rusty bathtub, trash behind the table thing between the beds, loud noise when heat came on, looked like someone is living out of their van in the back parking lot, one of the lights by the bed was broken.

The doors didn’t seal so you could hear everything outside your room. My deadbolt didn’t lock unless I put my full weight on it. It took too many tries to get my keys to work as well.

I never even saw breakfast. They had coffee and hot chocolate available all the time. But even going down at 7 there was nothing available.

The carpet in the room was disgusting and the shower head was dirty and calcified. The tv in the room was small and none of the hotel facilities were available.

The overall feel of the property was on the undesirable side. The door I was told to use had a sign on it telling guests to use a different door. There were beer bottles on the walkway to the second door.

It was quiet enough to sleep well after a long drive. I was too tired to do anything but sleep, shower, and hit the road again.

The window didn't lock, you had to move the end tables to turn on the light switch, and there were no closets. It advertised Continental Breakfast but it was actually a "to go bag breakfast".

The rooms were nice, clean, and newly remodeled. Staff were very friendly and very helpful!

Cheap faux wood flooring in the room which is cold to walk on in bare feet or socks. A rug here and there would be nice. Cheap office style chair and tiny desk to sit at. Construction going on everywhere in the hotel. Several entry doors were locked and had smashed windows. The smoke alarm in the hall outside my room had an obvious rundown battery and beeped all night and day intermittently. There was no warmth or coziness to the hotel. It's actually more reminiscent of a hospital.

The room had been recently refurbished so it was fresh and clean in that regard. Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was good for me as I was going to a show at the Commonwealth room nearby.

Everything seemed antiquated and worn out. 😕 The carpets were heavily stained and worn through in places. The bed sagged and the springs no longer cushioned the body for sleeping. The chair was old and not suitable for sitting, and the desk had gouges in the top. The bedside table looked as though it had been rescued from a college dorm after spring finals week. The bathroom was just as bad: no covering on the light fixture, and lots of rust in the shower and anything metal. Overall, just not what I expected.

Location near freeway entrances was nice. GSA at the desk was pleasant.

Pulled in at midnight. Asked for late che kout. She said we had to ask in am. In am given till 12. They knocked ondoor at 11;20 and asked if checking out and maid opened door while we were still in there. Room was being remodeled, bathroom moldy rusty and dirtyand carpets gross. Mattress old but bedding was clean. I dont mind if old if clean. If putting people in rooms that remodeling started give discount. I rarely gibe bad reviews.

Did not feel totally safe; shattered safety glass at rear of building near where we stayed. It was not replaced/repaired. Gray bedding, that was supposed to be white, on bed we did not sleep on; just not fresh. Other bed very fresh and clean.

Grab and go bags for breakfast were OK. Coffee, good. Comfortable bed.

Walking in it is SO BARE. Literally doesn’t seem like they care much about their customers. Barely any invitations. Man that was upfront in the morning didn’t even say hello. He was in suit and just looked at us. Customer service was bare minimum. Lamp in room didn’t work so it was barely lit in there
