Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Well. They have a roach problem. The room was dusty. The soaps were terrible. Pillows and bed were dirty feeling. Just didn’t feel clean until we got back home and could wash it all off of us.

Booked 3 rooms. 2 out of 3 had no TV. 1 room was very bad and the mgmt would not allow them to change rooms. Locks on the door were broke. And the door looked like it was kicked in. Holes in the walls and door. All 3 rooms bathroom door would not close all the way. Rooms did not seem very clean. Staff was not very friendly nor did they seem to care about the situation. All they said was they were remodeling. The listing stated free breakfast, which there was none. But I wouldn't trust it if there was... We attempted to find another place, but all hotels/motels within distance were sold out.

The shower wasn't good. Was a dirty room. With alot of dust. They didn't check the rooms. They need to clean the rooms. Im never going back to that hotel again.

The shower curtains could be a bit different. They kept rising up into the shower, whenever the water was on, resulting in water dripping outside of the shower and onto the floor. Also, the cable/t.v. kept malfunctioning and nothing would appear on the television from time to time.
The room was very spacious allowing my girlfriend and I to walk around freely without tripping over our luggage or shoes.

I booked the room and took a screenshot of my confirmation...about 2hrs later i got to my room and tbe man at the desk was super rude..told me i wasn't in the system even after i showed him the confirmation he told me he only had a 2 bed for $90 And since I thought he was rude he wanted a $50 deposit! Very rude and unprofessional and womt ever be staying at this locatiom AGAIN
The deal that I saw in booking.com...the hotel had a deal on here to waive the $9 fee and the room was to cost $60 total...it read no Credit Card needed to rent the room and pay when you arrive!

The room was so outdated and not clean. I guess they are remodeling but don’t have all rooms completed. Our room was not completed and nasty. One bed seemed broken. The blinds were all torn. the curtains didn’t cover the window and nothing matched. we slept on top of the covers and used our own blankets and pillows we had brought for the car. We passed by a room that has been remodeled and it seemed nice. we did not have that experience. We were expecting the rooms we saw on the website and didn’t get that.

The staff behavior is very much rude.They didn't provide morning Breakfast although its mentioned while booking. When asked for the same ,they told us get out from here and stay somewhere else.I would recommend to never choose this hotel or else you will suffer a lot
