We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast provides some basic minimal sustenance but offers no fruit or eggs and shamefully overrelies on single-use plastic - environmentally thoughtless, lazy and behind the times. I had to wifi connect my devices at the reception then take them back to the room before being online there! Several guests seemed to be having language barrier issues with the motel's (not very racially diverse) staff although I found them to be fairly helpful, if not actually welcoming.....
The parking arrangements were quite flexible. Conveniently, this place's location makes the River Walk reachable on foot but calling it 'Downtown' is somewhat misleading. Rather, this is a motel on a corner of San Antonio's Interstate ring road that happens to pass not too far from the old centre....

United States of AmericaThere were burn holes in our comforter, mattress cover was noisy and made crunching sound, which was annoying. I didn't feel real safe as we were near the highway but we didn't have any trouble from anyone who walked by the outside of the hotel gate property. Our blow dryer didn't work but they did replace it for us while we were out. With a little more updates to the rooms and a little better quality towels, sheets and shower amenities, it would be a little better. Also not sure what the breakfast was but didn't appear to be much more than packaged pastries, cereal bars, etc.
Staff was nice and inside the room was clean and partially updated.

United States of AmericaI have gone above and beyond trying to get my security deposit back from this hotel. After day 7 when deposit had not returned to my account I literally went to office and at that point was advised it may take up to 20 days. Yesterday, day 20, I spoke with front desk rep and was told deposit was never even set up to be returned to my account. I left him my number to contact me once that was set up. No call. So here again, I contacted them today and was told they didn't know when the manager would be in. And again left my information so I could be contacted by someone. I mean I don't know what else to do to get my security deposit back.

United States of AmericaI booked the booking expecting to have a bathtub, with us not having one at home only a shower I was really looking forward to this. they only had a shower. the tv only worked on one channel and then stopped working on the second day. only the bottom plug worked in the hotel not the top ones. the paint job was very sloppy in the rooms. the cleaning wasn’t the best. there was graffiti on the bathroom mirror. the toilet didn’t have a lid, so when showering we had to place clean clothes on the floor. the mini fridge made a loud aggressive noise. oh also we booked a room with queen beds. the have a queen bed at home. the beds in the room were 100% smaller than a queen. they seemed like a full.
I liked that it was easy accessible to things in the city like Market square and AT&T center.
