You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI was upgraded because the key card wasn't working. Struggled in the heat going upstairs then back to the office to fix. The pool is in horrible condition, green algae, broken pieces, dirty. No wash down station working. Looks very sketchy and uncleaned. The location is hard to find and it looks unsafe really. There needs to be upgrades to rooms for the cost they charge. The coffee maker is 1 cup maker and no microwave even in suite rooms. Soap is a dispenser that is hard to use, no individual soaps. Toilet paper of course is cheap quality. The breakfast is just sunny delight type juice, bread, jelly and peanut butter, coffee and cereal and milk. No name to show it's right location. There is a $100 cash deposit needed and you get it back once they check the room. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that seemed safer and nicer. Sorry never again. Staff was short and to the point. There was an indentation in bed like it had been overly used.

The ac isn’t loud enough to block out noise nor did it get the room cold quickly. The mattress was uncomfortable and lastly there’s a $100 refundable cash deposit that is required upon checking in
We paid $200 for 2 nights during Mother’s Day weekend. The room had a kitchen and couch with functioning stove top, microwave and mini fridge. The mattress in our room was not comfortable, it would sink in when someone was on it and you could tell it was not good quality. The towels were soft enough. The room was clean.

United States of AmericaWe had a 2 night stay and they locked our room the next When we arrived with our purchases and had to go to the office to have our door unlocked. I noticed that my Fitbit that I left charging in the room was missing after the staff entered to bring towels. I called and they did denied any responsibility. We were required to leave a cash deposit and at check out we were not given a receipt. The pool is small and the hot tub is about the size of a bathtub in your house. The bathrooms are dated and bathtub handle was hard to twist on and off.
The coffee was not good, they just had bread, little donuts and cereal served with milk that they poured themselves into a pitcher.
