Kind of good as to the price! Take your own water and blanket if needed. Quiet except for the air conditioning. Officers are nice but no one in the office when checking out.

Poor quality pillows, no coffee maker or blow dryer as advertised, very sketchy people hanging around the property, only one set of towels for any duration of stay unless you pay extra. I definitely wouldn’t consider this a family friendly property.

The check-in procedure was a little strange. As soon as I booked the room, they called and emailed asking what time I would arrive because no one is there after 9:00 p.m. So, I rushed to get there on time, but no one was there when I arrived. I had to make a few calls and send a few texts. I was about ready to cancel when a guy appeared and checked us in. He was very nice, and some things may have been beyond their control. For one thing, it looks like their normal office area was temporarily closed due to the highway construction. They also may be experiencing the same staffing shortages that a lot of the country is experiencing.

It was a good location along Route 16, which takes you right into St. Augustine's historic Center, they had a pool, and it was quiet.

PAID FOR BIG SCREEN TV AND WIFI AND THERE WAS NONE! THE CLERK KNEW IT WASN'T WORKING AND DID NOT TELL ME. ADDITIONALLY THERE WAS NO CLERK IN THE OFFICE FOR AT LEAST HALD AN HOUR AND 6 PEOPLE WERE LINED UP WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET THERE. BOB SMITH

this is the most terrible place, I will never return to this hotel again. I booked only one night today, I had to pay an additional 100 dollars for unknown reasons, no one warned me about this before, they said that they would return the money to mine, I didn’t damage anything in the room, if I had initially seen that I would have to pay extra, then I I wouldn't book this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's terrible. I give one star

See all of the above. The worst experience ever. Felt like a third world operation.

The facilities were not fully completed. Check in was a nightmare. We waited for an hour in line in the cold and rain to sit at a little desk with one person, a computer, and a printer in one of the small storage rooms for check in. The room we were shown was not fully furnished. There were no bed coverings. They did deliver bed comforters with in a few minutes. It was not clear from the booking web sight that a 100$ security deposit was required. This was unsettling. They threatened to keep the deposit if not checked out on time with a late fee if the room inspection was not good. The next morning at 9 am, the office room was not open and no one was there to confirm our checkout. We had to leave our room key with a person who said he was with security who had access to the checkin information. I took his picture in case there was any issue. I did receive a text message later that day saying we still needed to check out. I texted back to let them know that we did check out at 9 that morning sending them the picture of the security person that we left our key with. In all the years I've been using Booking.com for our travel I've never experienced this type of problem.

Remington all the things that I said above especially firing them two women they're rude and nasty disposition they don't need to be there and when I tried to check out no one would answer the phone I finally hours later had to call the main office and complain and then the gentleman that I that I talked to refunded me my money because those so-called office people you have wouldn't even go check the room out and give me my money back for the damage security that I paid this is a poorly run organization you have you need to fix it

Not a thing no coffee maker in the room no event in the shower no cable TV could not get local channels the light outside my door was out and stuff would not replace it in the whole nine days I stayed there the staff the two girls were very rude and had nasty dispositions there's no room service unless I paid for it I couldn't get extra towels or washcloths unless I paid for it I've never stayed any place that was like that there was also no trash pickup I had to walk all the way around to the corner of the building a quarter of a mile away to empty my own trash the water in the shower was only lukewarm the mattresses were like sleeping on the floor almost they were very stiff and hard I got hardly any sleep the first two nights oh and the two rude girls at work there if that's what you'd like to call it they were hardly ever there you had to call and when and if they answered it would take them a very long time to come around and they all made excuses for not being around they're just lazy people you need to fire them

Our first room, AC was broken. No big deal, switched rooms. Our new room, the floors were never cleaned. My daughters feet were black within 5 minutes of us moving our stuff in there. The office is a room. They only have 1 lady doing everything, very nice lady. The phone number they use no one answers unless you text. They have no communication skills there. Then our room keys randomly stopped working, couldn’t get ahold of anyone to fix my room key. Bunch of people walking around, people on drugs cussing. Do not recommend. Worst experience.
