Two major issues which Would have been a deal breaker if I had known in advance about these problems at this Ramada. Firstly guests are not informed in advance via email when making the reservation that there’s no elevator at this Ramada which I asked the front desk person about when checking in and she said it’s clearly stated on the website that there’s no elevator which seems to be patently false. I never saw any information about a lack of elevator anywhere which guests should be informed about via email, text, etc. when making the reservation that this property has no elevator, only stairs to the upper level rooms. This is a huge and serious problem for people who are disabled or elderly people. Another big negative is (which was not updated on this Ramada‘s webpage) that the fitness center was shut down, again not updating by email or on this Ramada‘s webpage! Another very serious problem is my reservation was pre-paid in advance for an extended stay, yet the front desk employee deactivated the room key shutting me out from my room despite confirming my updated reservation by the General Manager to let her know that I was extending my stay and had pre-paid for it well in advance! It’s glaringly clear that employees at this Ramada need to be professionally trained specially since an employee has no clue what the other one is doing in terms of reservations and causing guests unnecessary stress due to severe lack of oversight on part of the owners as well as employees and management!!

Breakfast was included so give this property a plus for that.

I booked this place for the pool and they only have pools available on weekends unfortunately and the breakfast could have been better and timely. And I haven’t received my incidental fee yet.

Some traffic noise. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and it starts later on weekends so I wasn’t able to use it as I had to leave the property at 7 am each day. There was coffee in the lobby though.

My son and I were just there for one night. It was very quiet, not what the pictures showed.

The property seemed clean on the outside. The inside was clean and as I checked out. Staff and manager was decorating for the holidays.

It takes forever for your company to remove there incidental charges. This Remada needs an up-grade (bathrooms, a coat of paint etc.)

Room had a leak coming from above. Looked like the wall was patched and painted, but water was still leaking in along the wall. Drywall was crumbling. One bathroom wall had dirt or mold on it.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room or the smell. There was also bed bugs in the room so that DEFINITELY was a red flag. I had heard it but wasn't sure the source was reliable but;!the source most definitely was. I have the bite to prove it. SMH

I liked the location because it was close to restaurants and stores; and the staff was very nice and helpful.

First room had a foam mattress that was sunken near the middle. Changed room and 2nd room had an electrical problem that was not resolved during our stay.

Asked the hotel clerk to freeze my icepacks overnight. They are used to keep insulin cold during the day travelling. I was told there was no freezer on site to freeze them. I ended up using a cup of ice which ended up melting sooner than the icepacks would have. Every other hotel we have stayed in has been able to accommodate freezing the icepacks.

The room was clean . Breakfast was continental. Microwave was available to heat breatkfast sandwiches.

They took a security deposit of $50.00 via credit card and it will take up to 2 weeks to process a refund. The room door was difficult to lock and the overall appearance was dismal at best
