Room is old but still decent for the price. Not too much to complain about.

Visiting NMSU. The place is within walking distance to the campus. Transportation is easy as the shuttle from El Paso can directly drop you at the front door of the hotel.

One reason I chose this hotel was for the restaurant and bar that they advertise, so I would not need to leave the Hotel for meals. However, they were both permanently closed and that was HIGHLY disappointing. I went without dinner and breakfast the next morning as a result. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the bathtub did not drain. Outdoor Balcony had a REALLY bright light that could not be turned off, I did not sit out there because of that.

Atmosphere in the Hotel was amazing. The decor is absolutely beautiful. A lot of little seating areas in various locations. I had a balcony overlooking the indoor pool and an outdoor balcony with sitting area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I was disappointed to find the restaurant closed. I had been looking forward to biscuits and gravy, as I've gone to the restaurant inside the Ramada many times. Since it is closed down, I do think the hotel should offer a continental breakfast for guests.

I loved the room and how peaceful and quiet the hotel is. The bed and shower were especially wonderful. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I loved the deluxe king room facing the pool area; it was a lovely view.

If I ran the microwave for more than 2 consecutive minutes, a breaker would trip to most of the suite. There was a dried yellow spill (urine?) at the base of the toilet. Even when housekeeping cleaned during my stay, they missed it. I cleaned it up, yuck.

The suite was perfectly set up. Lobby and pool area is very nice but could use more lighting.

Bed was elevated on a metal frame that I hit several times. Hotel did not offer breakfast or have a restaurant. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy as was the heating unit. Outside noise was also excessive at times. Lastly, elevated bath tub was difficult to get into for Seniors. Think price of room was a little too high. Room was a little dark. One lamp was unplugged, and we could not unwrap the cord to plug it in. Lastly, one staffperson kind of interrogated us when we were looking at the fountain and went around the back to get coffee.

Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the pool and fountain. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room clean! Check-in was easy and hotel staff were friendly and helpful in providing information about activities and warned us about highway construction on interstate outside of El Paso ( one of our side trips). We intend to stay at hotel for future trips due to hotel location and staff. We should have told the staff about a lamp problem!

Restaurant closed. No elevator but they do have a lift. Not ideal but it works for getting upstairs if the stairs are a problem.

We got balcony rooms. Allowing for added sunlight and fresh air in the morning. They have an indoor pool. We're didn't drink but it looks like the people in it we're enjoying themselves.

It's showing its age. It is kept clean but the carpets are worn, there are missing treads on staircases.

Good location near the University, right off the expressway I-10, next to an IHOP for breakfast. Quiet and well-appointed room. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

The gentleman in the front who checked us in was okay when we got there, but for the rest of the stay he would not acknowledge us or his other guests. He didn't even bother to look up from his computer or personal phone. The cleaning carts made a lot of noise in the morning against the brick flooring and woke us up each and every morning. Loud cars on the highway, running their engines.

Excellent stay for the price we paid, we had our coffee machine in our room, which other hotels don't have. Beds were very comfortable, and were made up each morning by the hotel cleaning staff. Towels were freshly changed everyday, which was very nice. Dinner was reasonable and good, the diner staff was good and friendly.

No elevator! The lift was very sketchy and my wife got stuck along with the luggage cart! There was also a wedding reception of 300 people that kept us awake most of the night. We were traveling home from a 2,800 mile trip and was exhausted!
